He removed nearly 7 years of grime and made them look like the day they were installed. In addition he cleaned our large landscape rocks, a stone bench and other garden accents. He also replaced the gravel between our pavers. Now our garden truly is a woodland paradise at home. Luis also cleaned and treated our roof that due to the tree canopy has a tendency to get moss growing on it. He did a fantastic job removing stains from the shingles and put down a vegetation retardant to prevent new moss growth. In addition he cleaned he cleaned our gutters. They helped us out by removing the furniture and plantings from our deck as I was unable to do it alone and my husband had recently had surgery. They came and power washed one day and allowed to dry and then came back and prepped the deck and prepped/wrapped the siding of the house and the windows and doors. The entire deck, spindles, rails, fascia boards and underside supports were stained as were the small gaps between the floor boards. The men came back after the deck was dry and helped move the furniture and plantings back to the deck. We have had other neighbors comment on how beautiful the deck looks! When it rained that night, they re-applied the sealant the next day. The patio & porch are stamped concrete and were sealed the following evening with Butterfield color pro 350 wet-look sealer with shark grip. Everyone I dealt with was professional and answered all questions and provided guidance on dealing with stamped concrete.
