While my initial encounter with…read moreMike last fall (closing down our system) was wonderful, this spring and summer interchanges have been incredibly frustrating. On 2 occasions Mike made appointments with us and did not show and did not reach out (I totally understand that unexpected things happen, but you have to let the customer know). On the first planned rescheduled visit he came several hours later than he had indicated and by then we had guests over that I had to completely ignore. Mike was tired (it was late afternoon on a Saturday) and asked to come back a month later to address some issues that needed to be fixed and in the meantime he had me order parts (about $100) which I did for the follow up which was supposed to happen last weekend. I texted a day or so before the appointment to confirm (got nothing back), then reached out early on the day of the scheduled appointment and he texted that he would not het there in the morning as planned, but would again come in the afternoon, then a couple hours later texted that he needed to reschedule (again very frustrating since I had rearranged my day (which also happened to be my birthday to accommodate). He never called in follow-up and his voicemail was completely full and not taking messages. Then 2 days later I again called and he immediately texted that he would call me. I never got a call back! So now I have to move on. I get it that life can sometimes be complicated, but a little respect and communication goes a long way. I guess I should be glad it's not my physician or my father, and just a sprinkler guy who has ghosted me, sitting with $100 of unused parts he had me get. A couple of points in response to Mike (the owners) reply to my review. 1) I ended your phone call this morning after you started to scream and called me a "Liar" 2) I have provided lots of availability for us to get today; as I indicated to you when you asked if Saturdays were okay (and we agreed upon July 11), I had/have availability almost every Monday and alternating Wednesdays 3) The system I have in place has been working fine for the past decade, and yes does have some issues now that I was hoping you would help with...presumably this is the type of repair service you are skilled at. I would have gladly walked away from proceeding if you had indicated any hesitancy or inability to achieve remedy of the issues. However, you did not do this, and instead had me purchase replacement parts in preparation to your appointment this past weekend (which you cancelled midday. 4) The bottom line is, at least with me, you were impossible to reach (through either your intent or lack of organization). I work intimately with over a hundred people every week as part of my job for the past 30 years. And while it is not always possible to meet everyone's expectations perfectly, for the most part, an open dialogue and truthful follow-through goes along way. It is unfortunate that you didn't always "mean what you say" nor "do what you say".

It is so sad that the new Owners are unresponsive. Never happens. They harass you to pay for their season packages and state a date they will be out and never show up or communicate that they cannot come out on the scheduled date. Then when you call - no answer - they send you a text stating how may we help you? I stayed because of their Technician Jermaine. But that is not enough at this point. I have never dealt with a company who takes your money, does not answer the phone or deliver the service you paid for. If you want quality service do not go with them. This place is not the same and it is terrible. The owners prior were professional, responsive, came out immediately and cared. They have taken over this company to get everyone's money up front and then send people out when they feel like it. They do not value their customers at all. It's a shame they have ruined this company's good name. They deserve a zero.
