They asked me a few questions about what kind of service I needed, told me the estimate was free and we were off. They set up a time at my convience. The day of my appointment, they called and texted me about 15 minutes before they arrived. In The text they gave me the technicians name and a little background on him. His picture also. Dylan arrived on time he looked very professional, was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. He assessed the task and gave me an estimate in about ten minutes after he arrived. It took him about an hour or so to install my new toilet ( that I had already purchased before hand). The work was A1. Cleaned up after the work was done and took the old toilet with him also. As far as the value that I paid for the service, which I thought to be a little pricey, it was fair I guess. I would definitely use 1-800Plumber + Air again and would request Dylan to be my tech.

If you have a boiler as your home heating source, based on our experience we highly recommend G W Gill.

I really liked this place. They had a great showroom for kitchen and bath products, including a…read moreroom that had running water to try various shower heads, rain showers or whatever else you could hook up to the running water displays. Only negative was that so few items I wanted were in stock. Nearly everything had to be ordered. While the staff were all very helpful, I found someone that was better able at finding exactly what I needed at a different store in Medina. My advice, search out a few stores/showrooms such as this and take a drive to the best one that fits your needs. I ordered products here, I purchased products on site here, but after finding several other stores that specialize in similar plumbing supply; I was happier going elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, if you're on the east side of Cleveland and don't want to drive all over. This place is fine, but if you have to wait for an item to ship anyways, you're probably better ordering it online or elsewhere.

We ordered several high-end appliances for a full kitchen remodel through Edelman Plumbing Supply,…read moreincluding a BlueStar range. From the date of selection, it took roughly 16 weeks for the products to finally arrive, far longer than expected. The range was delivered on October 10th, placed in front of the kitchen opening, and the installation team returned on October 13th to complete the setup. Unfortunately, the BlueStar range arrived damaged from the manufacturer, so the installation couldn't be completed. To her credit, Pam worked hard to find a replacement and communicated a plan, but due to their limited staffing, the next available install date wasn't until October 27th. That means not only the range, but all the other appliances left unfinished from the October 13th visit, are now delayed again. For a company that commands premium pricing, the quality control and installation coordination are extremely disappointing. You can spend a lot of money here and still end up waiting months with no function. I would not recommend Edelman Plumbing Supply for appliances, delivery, or installation. The process is frustrating, slow, and poorly managed.
