I said I fixed your screw up already wasn't waiting for more water in my basement. They added drain pipes into the crocks and reinstalled my sump pumps without checking to see it everything worked. Project completed in early spring and by December of 1st winter it was chipping, pitting and falling apart. This damage has gotten worse and goes all the way up and down the driveway. They did not level the work area (you can see it) and the apron was done very poorly as well. DO NOT HIRE. This is a family company and they are a disgrace through and through. How can you rip customers off for THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS and do a crappy job and walk away. How do they look in the mirror knowing this?

I trusted this company they should be ashamed of this. They said concrete cannot be guaranteed. I say BS. A friend on another street had them do his driveway 15 years ago, and it looks brand new. Maybe it was COVID but the concrete was cheap. They could at least fix it.

Service was scheduled a few months later and they came out on Oct. 21st to do the work. I was surprised there wasn't an excavator, but the four man crew dug out the ground with hand shovels. Didn't matter much, they installed their barriers, topped with their tar compound and filled the holes back up. They showed me what was going on and explained the what/why as they went and left me very pleased. It's been less than a month, but haven't had an issue yet. So far, happy to report I don't expect that to change much either. We would absolutely recommend them to our neighbors, friends and family.

Common sense is that if the entire floor is not covered there can still be mold and radon. I'm just disappointed in the service and a supervisor did come out and that this is how they do it.
