It took 3 weeks of messages and texts to get a call back from Mike to schedule. Once the tech came out to do the repair, he stated that the repair would not fix our problem so no repair was completed. I had to have an actual plumber come do the repair. After many texts/messages to Dave and Mike, I had to do a charge back on my credit card to get my deposit back. I was told repeatedly by Dave that Mike would call me/Cut a check/Refund my credit card, etc. No calls at all from Mike. Horrible, Horrible communication! I will say that the techs were very professional and Dave (the salesman) returned my texts/calls, but Mike, who I assume is in charge, would not respond.

Thursday came and we didn't hear back, so I texted to see if there were any updates on when they could come out. Things there were crazy and they hoped the first part of the next week would work out. Midweek, Wednesday, came and still no update as to when a service person could appear. So today we found a different company to provide the service - scheduled for Monday. In summation, we were very disappointed in not being scheduled or something, to have someone look at it. It literally would have taken probably five minutes to determine if repair or replacement was needed. They may be a wonderful company that provides excellent service, but we'll never know because they couldn't provide a day/time to so so. Thus, do not take our review, in any manner, regarding the quality of their work.

Our experience with JBL Roofing could not have been better. From the beginning the salesperson,…read moreKevin, worked tirelessly to make sure our insurance company paid for everything that they should be paying for. This required several trips to our house to document for the insurance company. He had to takeoff shingles, tack, up shingles, go into the attic, take pictures, etc. The on-site supervisor, James, did everything he could to ensure that we were satisfied with the job. His team of roofers were very hard-working, respectful, and efficient. One member worked constantly to remove any nails that might be in the landscaping or driveway. When they were all done, they even washed our deck. When the work was done, Mike, the project manager and his assistant, TK, came out to document the work with a drone and called back the roofers to correct a minor issues that they saw before indicating the job was completed to their satisfaction. Our roof is a very challenging roof as it is very steep with several skylights. We couldn't be more pleased with the job that JBL completed for us.

I was told that unless I wanted a new roof, the company was too busy to inspect our roof for storm damage - even though roof inspection and repair is the main claim on the company website landing page and I was a past customer. I wasn't in a hurry. JBL could inspect the roof at any time that was convenient for them. Our entire community has been hit hard with roof damage and many homes in the development have had their roofs replaced because of storm damage. I no longer trust JBL to be there when I need them. I do not recommend them.
