They were very quick to schedule a meeting time but when they got here they made the issue seem far worse than it was. They insisted that the garage foundation was sinking and quoted $10,000 to add piers under our garage foundation. Luckily we were smart enough to know to call a structural engineer to make sure they were correct. The engineer said our house was built like Fort Knox and had no foundation issues.

They come out to your home to collect a deductible then rarely show up again to do the work promised. The manager "Sheldon" will usually lie about getting someone out to do the work, leaving the homeowner with non-operable plumbing systems until several calls are made to the insurance company. During the last 5 months, these people have left dozens of homeowners without a water heater, disconnected fixtures and will walk away from water leaks. They do not have the proper training to even clean your drain. Worst company ever!
