Service was done early in the C-19 quarantine period and my wife was very concerned about having outsiders near our kids. Walter called about 20 minutes before the appointment to "prepare" us for his arrival. When he did arrive, and without asking, he had anticipated our uncertainty and was fully masked and gloved - made us feel very safe in these unusual times. While Walter's business is new, he has been in the industry for a long time and his experience shows.
