We chose a Navien 240S tankless gas water heater, and are very satisfied. It provides an endless supply of hot water. EMS PLUMBING and HEATING is THE BEST and most professional Company that I have used. From their President and Founder , Ed Snitzer to their staff of professionals they are 1.) responsive 2.) professional 3) product knowlege is key and 4) intelligent. No pants falling plumbers here---only articulate and thinking people who take their customers plumbing and heating issues seriously. Recently, when I had an emergency with water pouring out and called 5 other plumbing companies only to hear "they are out to lunch" over and over again---EMS's owner, Ed Snitzer answered his companys calls because as he said " I dont want my customers getting an answer machine" He did this again when he was in the HOSPITAL! Ron Morris saved me $5,000 and likely more. He saved me from a nightmare. I had my main sewer line…read moreback up. This happens often, we have roots. The company I normally use took too long to get back to me, so I contacted another company. I told them they'd need a 50' foot snake and a 4" cutter. After dodging several sales attempts, they started snaking my drain. I left them to it. Long story short, they said my drain was collapsed and they wanted $5,000 to dig up my yard to fix it. Thankfully, my credit application was denied, and they left. Out of desperation, I sent off several emails to other companies describing the situation and the company that I'd used, hoping to find a company to work out payments with me. I received a response from Ron Morris telling me to contact him before attempting any digging. He had to work to get me to trust him, but he practically guaranteed that he'd get my drain clear. All without saying a negative word about any other company. He was very very professional. He came, with the big snake and a big enough cutter, and snaked my drain. He showed me the roots after he was done. My drain wasn't collapsed, it had been roots after all. I am so grateful to Mr. Morris for his honestly, and for truly wanting to save me from that other company. I will be using them for any future plumbing needs, and I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone else.
