He get into a panic saying his coil hit roots and he doesn't want his snake coil to break. Omg the roots were tiny little thin hairs. I almost laughed in his face. $70 for doing NOTHING. Roto Rooter from Youngstown was expensive but the job was done 100% correct and in a clean and timely manner.
