New furnace install in our attic. Nathan and his team showed up exactly at 8:00am as scheduled. They all put on shoe coverings to avoid tracking in dirt. Went right up to the attic (2 separate staircases) and began tearing out our 33 year old broken down furnace that they had kept running for years until it was finally time to have it replaced. By noon they had the old one out and the new one in place. They fabricated new duct work and finished hooking up all the plumbing connections with a test run accomplished by mid day. Everything was now complete and they were gone by 4pm hauling away our old furnace and everything that went with it. You wouldn't even know they had been here all day. Now the new furnace works fantastic and is very quiet and really comfortable just like Nathan said it would be. NDC Heating and Cooling is the best at taking care of you and your home's needs. I recommend them to everyone I know. read more

NDC provided us with great service at a reasonable cost. Tyler was sent out on Christmas Eve and replaced our blower motor and told us that our blower was about to go. Several hours after he left, the blower did in fact fall apart. The order for a new blower was already placed and Tyler came out and replaced it as soon as the part arrived. The furnace is older and was struggling to come back up to temp once the new blower and motor were put in. NDC sent Tyler back out to check. He identified a bad wire on our heat pump and only one coil was working on our emergency heat. He fixed the heat pump wire and provided us some options moving forward. We chose to replace the heating element, which rounded off our replacement of the inner workings of our furnace. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are pleased with the service and value we received with NDC. read more

first of all, somebody answers the phone. Second of all, when the tech is on their way out, you get a text with their picture. So you know who to expect to knock on your door. When they show up, they're in a nice professional uniform, they put booties on their shoes, and they are very courteous in their conversation. as far as service goes. They are there to fix what is broken. I have an older furnace, and there has been no upselling or misrepresentations of what is actually wrong with my system. You can trust this company, they're honest. I established myself with them by scheduling a maintenance call when I first bought my house, and I was sold on their service then. And their prices are reasonable. It's obvious they're not out here trying to make a whole month's profit from one customer. read more

Top notch! My older AC stopped cooling on possibly the worse day of the year. Starting with my call for service, their assistant Andrea was pleasant, kind, & professional. She got me scheduled at their earliest opportunity. They contacted me prior to arrival and were able to arrive earlier than the anticipated scheduled time. Great news on a hot day! The faulty part was replaced quickly and no one suggested I need a new AC unit, or even tried to sell me on one as others have. He checked over all components, and did the repair at a fair price. That's great service in my book! I will be using their services moving forward and have no reservation in recommending them to others! read more

Customer service is amazing, originally I was told 3 weeks for a simple check up and filter change. Its been really hot lately so I was ok to wait. But 2 days later I was called about a cancelation and they could come the next day around noon. I said ok and was really happy to get it checked sooner. The day of I got a text of the technician coming to the house with a picture of him. Plus he was 3 hours early bonus points. He throughly checked my system replaced my filter left me an extra filter at my request. Austin was very well mannered and explained everything perfectly. The price for everything was so reasonable I couldn't help but agree to everything. I'm sold on NDC for life! read more

I needed a new AC unit and got the furnace replaced at the same time. NDC came in so much lower than two other competitor companies I got quotes from. Nate came out within two days of requesting a quote. Didn't try to oversell me on unnecessary equipment, was honest, and friendly. They offer financing options to meet your needs too, which is a huge plus! The installation guys were professional and so efficient. They cleaned up and paid attention to details, and made sure everything was level and working properly before they left. The unit looks good and works even better! so happy to have a working AC unit again!! I can't recommend NDC enough! read more

I have worked with this family-owned business for more than 25 years. It is slowly now being turned over to their amazing sons, that are equally as competent as the amazing parents that raised them. You call, they answer the phone, they tell you they get back to you they will! Their prices are very fair. There have been several times that I would not have known whether I need a new AC unit or a new furnace and they've repaired it with a very reasonably priced part. It's such a good feeling to know that you can simply say, "repair or replace" and you'll be treated properly. EVERY OPPORTUNITY WE GET, WE REFER NDC HEATING AND COOLING! read more

We love NDC. They are always honest and will explain any issue and all possible ways to fix said problem...This particular episode I'd like to thank the technician(Tyler B) for being kind and not laughing at us. We'd like to think of ourselves as independent women, never needing help. This episode we had the ladder out checking vents, turning the units on and off, etc. Thinking we were doomed we made the dreaded call. Tyler shows up, checks the breaker- flips it back on. Checks the temps and sure enough- fixed. Never once laughed at us! Thanks bud and thanks NDC for always answering the call. read more

Our air conditioning stopped working overnight recently. I called NDC Heating and Cooling, who originally installed the a/c unit, to have it looked at. Scheduling the appointment was easy. It was a Friday morning when I called and they offered to come out later that day, but we were leaving for the weekend, so they were able to come first thing Monday morning. Their tech, Carter Reid, diagnosed the issue rather quickly and was able to get the a/c up and running in no time. He was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The service call was very reasonable. Thank you NDC Heating and Cooling! read more

We had a great experience with a big installation process 9 years ago and continue to have a great experience anytime the system needs serviced and maintained. Any technician that has come to the house was very knowledgeable, polite and respectful of our time and property. We have a whole house mini split system for heat and air conditioning and it has worked very efficiently. If I were to build a house, I would go with the Mitsubishi mini split system and have NDC Heating and Cooling do the installation. Thanks for all the work over the past 9 years. read more

I have relied on NDC Heating and Cooling for at least 11 years. Their business has grown tremendously in that time. It's no wonder: I still get the same prompt, friendly, effective service now as I did the first time I called them. One of my air conditioners was not functioning and NDC had someone on site within just a few hours. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the unit is working again. I highly recommend NDC Heating and Cooling. The Norris family and their employees are truly the nicest people you will meet. read more

NDC was able to be here same day as we called when our furnace wasn't working. They were able to get the parts and repair it 2 days later. Very thankful as it's been so cold, and so close to Christmas, wasn't sure if we'd be able to get parts order and repair before then. Also really like that they send a text with a photo of your technician so you know who to expect! Austin was very patient and kind with my 3 year old son who wanted to know what was going on and wanted to help him. read more

I just moved to the area from Tuscarawas County and this is my first experience with NDC Heating and Cooling. They were recommended to me by a friend. I couldn't be more satisfied. Outstanding!!! The technician, Tyler, was very friendly and thorough. He answered all of my questions and explained my heat pump system to me. He even put boot covers on when he was in the house. I will definitely be calling NDC for my yearly service and for my yearly air conditioning service as well read more

I am blown away! The tech was fantastic. Friendly, didn't mind explaining everything, cleaned up beautifully when he was done, just a super nice guy and great job done. The price was HALF what I expected to pay from some other places around. I can not recommend NDC highly enough! They got us scheduled so quickly and it didn't take him hardly any time at all with everything he did for us. We will absolutely not hesitate to call them again for anything we need in the future! read more

We had them install a new heat pump/ ac unit a few years ago and have had no issues with getting regular maintenance and the unit has run efficiently. Everytime we call to schedule a yearly appts they are very nice and accommodating. Our technician has been polite, on time and even early, considerate and informative if I have questions. I would recommend them. The price for our unit was very good and the fees for regular maintenance are also good. So glad we used them! read more

Called for a service on our gas heat system on our new home. The guys serviced the system on the boiler cleaning the burners and checking the ignitor. They were also more than happy to give me a basic run down on what to look for as I've never had a system like this. Also, they informed me they typically do not service the steam side of what I have and recommended 2 local businesses that are better equipped for my future needs. Cannot recommend this company enough. read more
