What a scam. There was no compromise from them on the price, and literally no recommendations or solutions. The "technician" was also rude. At one point he laughed at my plunge pool, and suggested off the record I can try dumping lye in the system. After researching this, i found this could potentially destroy your system (I figure this is why it was stated "off the record") This should not have cost $1000. I thought Buckeye Plumbing was an honest company, but I was wrong and paid the price for it. On top of everything, it took nearly 2 weeks of follow up calls to them to give me an appointment. That should have been a sign this company does not care. I feel we were severely taken advantage of, and the transaction was of zero value. I will never use them again, and if you use them, I hope you don't get swindled like I was.

He located the leak and had if fixed within a 1/2 hour. He reassured me that the clean up should be minimal and the smell would go away. He took the time to talk to me and joke around this helped calm my freaking out. He didn't even judge my crazy ! I am so Thankful for his promptness and professionalism! Call Buddy's back out, they now say the leak is coming from the main line going into the house, and give an estimate of almost $6000 to fix. So, let me get this straight...you want me to hire you again for a $6000 job, when i just paid you over $500 and you obviously didnt do much of anything except maybe do a pressure test which accomplished nothing and benefitted me zero? We live bicoastally so every-time I'd come to this house, I was experiencing severe allergies and asthma symptoms. Finally on my last trip out to Ohio i decided to have Hepaclean come out. A few reasons why I called Sean. - he quickly responded to my inquiry - was willing to explain his detailed process, that it's chemically free and even gave me a generalized estimate over the phone - he was ok with me calling around and checking around. - he was very reasonably priced compared to some of the services. Not the least expensive but also seemed most trustworthy, fair and honest. - flexibility w my schedule He and his wife came out. They were very thorough at counting all the registers and returns. Used a camera to look into all the vents and took before pics (yuck). Sean and team took an extraordinary amount of time and detail to clean every vent from opening to furnace, as they were far dirtier than either of us expected. Sean showed me the "after" pics and the vents/returns/pipes looked nearly brand new. I have to say, nearly immediately I noticed a diff in the air in the house. With in a day my symptoms subsided. I thought that was very rude. He didn't introduce himself or anything. Then he goes on to lecture me about smoking, and how he quit with laser treatment. This went on for about 10 minutes. All I asked was that the ducts get clean, and not a lecture. I also asked him for a receipt, and he said that he would e-mail me one. So I gave him my e-mail address, and I haven't seen it since we had the ducts done on 10/29/20. I find this very bad business, and will think about twice about using them again.

They call around 10:30a, tell me that they're not going to be able to make the appt, the guy that was supposed to come will need to be at his other appt the entire day, that we may need to reschedule on a different day, but would call me either way. I said ok, but this isn't great because we reworked our work schedules to accommodate the appt. Fine, it is what it is. At 1p, they have a guy that can come, try to call me and only get voicemail, so they just send him over anyways. Since we hadn't heard anything for a couple hours, we had already jumped into other things, I was on a work call, etc. The service manager (Bob) couldn't understand why it matters - to not just show up at someone's home long after the appt you called to say you couldn't make. He literally tried to keep me on the phone, trying to debate this with me, while his plumber was in my home waiting to explain to me what he thought the issue was, and what needed to be done. I was like "we're on the clock, I've got your guy here now waiting to talk to me about what needs done, and I assume I'm paying for this time, so I'd like to talk to him about the job". Then he tells me that he wants me to commit to having them do the job or he's telling his guy to leave. I'm like, you're going to need to let me talk to him to understand what the scope is so that I know what I'm signing up for. I can't tell you til I have some idea of what the problem is or what needs done to fix it. Bob tells me, fine, he'll get off the phone to let me talk to the guy "for 10 minutes", and then he's calling his guy "in 10 minutes" to see what I have decided to do. The plumber (Ethan) and I have a rational conversation about what he thinks the issue is, options to repair, and the potential issues if it turns out to be other causes. Bottom line, here's the things I wish I knew about these folks: - the only appt they can truly confirm is the 1st one of the day, at 8a - every other apot is subject to being way early, or way late, and all depends on what they find at any other job before you Truly I don't understand why other folks can make appts, or give ranges they can commit to, but whatever...I just wish they told me this up front. Based on Bob, I'd have given 1 star, but moved it to 3 because Ethan was awesome, and really did a great job not on just the plumbing but also dealing with an upset customer. Thank you Ethan!

The guy broke his snake it got stuck in our pipe outside . We went to a hotel for the night. He Came back next day with another man form different company with camera. Found a lot of roots that broke the snake and were not cleaned first time around. Found the broken piece and removed it. Spent over 3 hours at $125 per guy! Bill was over $1200 !
