I called Mike from A.O.Plumbing and he not only quoted the lowest price remotely, but informed me that we were likely eligible for a FREE replacement thru Akron's Galvanized Required Replacement (GRR) program. He even called them for me and confirmed our eligibility! He chose to help me get it done for free, rather than book the job for himself....who does that!!! GRR workers replaced our pipe quickly and at no charge, purely thanks to Mike and All Out Plumbing Service. Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about Robinson Water Systems. Troy came first to see what our…read moreneeds were and worked with me to come up with a perfect plan to fix all our issues, and even add a drinking water tap to my kitchen sink + hook a line up to our fridge for ice cubes (which has been used heavily ever since!). He was extremely knowledgeable about all things water and I left feeling even more confident in my decision to move forward. Troy and AJ came to do the service together. They made sure to completely respect my house while doing the service and were a joy to have. They made sure to place everything in spots that made the most sense around my tight basement, which has shown how thoughtful they are when doing work. Our new water system has completely eliminated any chlorine odor that was present before, given us better tasting water (and ice cubes), and I can even see a difference in my hair and skin after showering. You won't go wrong if you choose Robinson Water!

I contacted Buckeye Plumbing to check on a potential issue with my septic system. I received a…read moreproposal for the following work: "Excavate 2nd septic tank outlet, Camera & Troubleshoot issue, Quote further work if necessary" They were here for about 20 minutes, only to quickly say, "We are doing nothing, you need to contact the county, that'll be $1000" 20 minutes for $1000 bucks with no troubleshooting and no solutions. What a scam. There was no compromise from them on the price, and literally no recommendations or solutions. The "technician" was also rude. At one point he laughed at my plunge pool, and suggested off the record I can try dumping lye in the system. After researching this, i found this could potentially destroy your system (I figure this is why it was stated "off the record") This should not have cost $1000. I thought Buckeye Plumbing was an honest company, but I was wrong and paid the price for it. On top of everything, it took nearly 2 weeks of follow up calls to them to give me an appointment. That should have been a sign this company does not care. I feel we were severely taken advantage of, and the transaction was of zero value. I will never use them again, and if you use them, I hope you don't get swindled like I was.
