I am incredibly frustrated with my experience with Plumbing 911. They already charged me $300 on a previous invoice just to replace a toilet wax seal, but they did it completely blindly without actually knowing what the root cause of the leak or problem was. Now, they have handed me an estimate for over $1,600--including cutting open my laundry room ceiling and walls--without even pinpointing the actual issue first. Their paperwork explicitly states that "additional work may be required" once the toilet is removed, leaving the door wide open for endless extra costs. To top it off, they refuse to take responsibility for putting back any of the finished surfaces or walls they plan to tear apart. They are guessing at my expense and trying to leave me with a massive bill and a torn-up house. In May 2024 my sub pump in my house failed and a nice guy by the name of Nick came and replaced my sub pump taking only 10 to 15 minutes to do the job and I was charged $650. Now here we are in April 2026 my sub pump failed again. I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way! read more

This was for the five minutes with a vibratory tool it took to cut out rotted plywood under a sink (not a wall or ceiling). Way over priced for five minutes work. read more

I hired this company to go to my mother's home to address a clogged drain and a fix a pipe that was not working. The plumber partially cleared the drain (it is still not draining properly) and thawed the pipe that we found out was frozen. I was charged $513 for this service. At no point was I informed that the pipe was likely to refreeze or that there were preventative measures that should be taken. There was no follow-up communication with me or my mother to explain potential risks. The pipe froze again the very next day and ultimately burst. The same plumber returned and confirmed the pipe had burst, recommending a leak detection company and stating they could return to repair it after the leak was located. By that point, significant damage had already occurred. When I contacted the company to ask why I had not been informed that this could become a larger issue during the initial visit, it took several days to receive a response. I ultimately spoke with Brandy Freeman regarding a refund of the initial service fee, given that the original issue was not properly resolved and no preventative guidance was provided. I was later informed that no refund or adjustment would be issued. As a result, I am now out thousands of dollars in water damage repairs and had to hire another company to properly address the issue. This experience was extremely disappointing and costly. I initially chose this company because of its highly rated reviews, but that was the case. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere I payed premium prices and was met with awful customer service and terrible expertise. read more

There were 2 companies who offered this and I chose 911. Wrong choice. They called me over the weekend and said that they wanted to confirm my appt, but also that there will be an $89 charge. We had a clogged kitchen drain this past April. We called Plumbing 911 for service. The technician came to our house and found the clog went all the way down to the basement pipe. It was more extensive and expensive than we anticipated but we had it done. The technician replaced the rubber hose under the sink with plastic parts. A few months later the pieces started coming loose and since then our kitchen has flooded 4 times. Each time my husband has retightened the fasteners but they continue to come apart. They gave us only a three month warranty and the problems started a little over three months after the job was done. We are going to have to get another plumber to try to fix it, because this cannot continue. It was very shoddy workmanship. read more

He photographed the underside of the sink, disassembled the existing plumbing. He then traveled to at least two different places to get the correct parts he needed to correct the plumbing. I went with the 5 star rating, but I should have researched more. Plumber showed up and said the dripping faucet was too hard to do a simple repair, and he didn't know what type it was. Later received a call stating no tech would come and it would be a $89 charge to have one scheduled for the next day. The next day received text messages stating a tech would be there between 2-4pm. I used Plumbing 911 twice. Once to unplug the drain line. They did the job in about an hour and charged an exorbitant amount. I called again when there was another blockage and within the warranty time. Turned out to be a different issue, not covered. I let them talk me into some line replacement. Another exorbitant fee. My fault because I did not ask what all they planned to do. What they did should not have cost even 1/4 of their fee. I recommend comparing prices. Their work was no better or worse than I could (should) have done myself. read more

Adam was very professional, he replaced the hot water tank, (and it was old and was a mess,) he updated a few things. I ask if he could replace the garbage disposal, he did. I had plumbing 911 come out back in January and now it is December. The hole they put in my wall just got fixed. They insisted on whacking a hole in my wall on the other side of my tub when my husband told them "no" because Jared did not want to go through the basement. Their work was okay we're it not for a practically 3 foot long hole in the wall, but that made it totally unacceptable. Their fee for their repair was exorbitant and I was still left fixing my non drywall wall. 11 months later it is finally done and I have thrown out all their magnets because I hope to never see them again! Listen to your customers and quit breaking things that are perfect is my advice to them! If you have a plumbing emergency call anybody else as a novice would probably do better. read more
