Plumbing Excellence does plumbing like Apple makes software--they care about every detail of what they do; customer satisfaction and high value craftsmanship are top priority. I called Plumbing Excellence in a pinch when our water heater started leaking. Anthony responded quickly and worked into the evening to get a new one installed, and we had hot water again that night! We were so satisfied with his work and his service that we hired him to fix a gas leak in our fireplace, too. He did, and now we have a working fireplace again, too! Thanks Anthony! Anthony was meticulous but not slow in getting the job done right, kept communication open and honest, and waited patiently at my house while I finished pricing other options. He explained that a hardware store water heater is of cheaper quality than the "professional" model he would install. He also correctly guessed that a competitive quote had come in lower because they did not factor in permitting the work, which he felt was important, and I agreed. He did look for multiple ways to save us some money, including combining visits, not charging for the initial investigation of our gas leak, discounting a subsequent job; he even researched the design lifetime of my new water heater and recommended against getting an extended warrantee in my case since the heater was built to last at least that long if not longer. Anthony and team were friendly, passionate, and a delight to have at our house. I would hire Plumbing Excellence again or call them for advice any time! read more

Not very happy with their service. Paid over $500. to find and fix gas leak. They did their work, said they corrected leak and left. Gas company comes out to turn Gas back on and says it's still leaking. Call Buddy's back out, they now say the leak is coming from the main line going into the house, and give an estimate of almost $6000 to fix. So, let me get this straight...you want me to hire you again for a $6000 job, when i just paid you over $500 and you obviously didnt do much of anything except maybe do a pressure test which accomplished nothing and benefitted me zero? I don't think so..... read more

The employees are all hard working and service is prompt. Unfortunately, they could not solve our issue. $1,000 diagnostic with no resolution. Would still recommend as they do seem knowledgeable. read more

Technician seemed friendly enough. We had 2 toilets leaking and a sump pump leaking from a PVC pipe due to a loose connection. Was here for 1-1/2 hours and charged $844, what a rip off!! read more

The PERSON that came out was arrogant when leaving! Told me that he awaitedoury call, AFTER I called 3 other places for quotes and found that his price was the best! EVEN if it was, I would NEVER give our business to someone that spoke like that to a potential customer! And ps: the $2700+ quote for a new HW tank, we had installed for just under $1100 ALL IN! And guess what! That NEW HW tank is working just fine. read more

Service fee was 90 and wanted me to pay 700 for a diagnostic. Service fee was to cover fuel for driver to which I thought should be a company expense and 90 should've been for diagnostics read more

Made an emergency call today after waiting for another company to come out who didn't show. They were out within 45 minutes and did a great job. Cleared my drain problem and explained why and how to prevent future problems. Anthony the owner called me back within minutes from leaving a message after hours. John and his apprentice were kind, prompt and effective. Can't recommend them enough!! Thank you. read more

My toilet in my upstairs bathroom started to leak Wednesday night. I called the next morning hoping to get someone to come out. I spoke with Anne and she wasn't sure when Ron would get over to me because he was at a job but she put me next in the schedule. Anne called me much earlier than I expected and told me Ron was on his way. Ron fixed my issue and was very nice as he explained everything to me. I will definitely be calling them again and recommending to others. read more

Very knowledgeable and fair priced for the work done. Quick turnaround. Will use again!

I've used Plumbing Excellence for emergent issues at a rental property. They've done excellent work for reasonable price. When I've used big name plumbers in past I was over charged for hardly any work. Anthony & Ron are professional and honest. They've provided excellent service and resolved all issues (a leaky toilet, clogged sink and gas leak) with excellence. I will use them exclusively for all future needs. read more

Our water heater was leaking all over the floor. I called 2 plumbers and they couldn't come for about 4 days. Luckily we found Plumbing Excellence. Anthony responded right away. Squeezed us in even though he had a busy schedule. They installed a brand new water heater within a few hours. I am so amazed at the great customer service. Don't even bother looking elsewhere. read more

We had moved to the area from not only a week earlier and had no idea of who to call when we had a plumbing issue. I decide to use yelp and in reading the reviews we selected to call Plumbing Excellence. Anthony was friendly and immediately provided a sense of confidence that he'd be here and our issue resolved. He managed our expectations with regards to his timing and upon arrival assessed the situation and made the repairs. He provided insights into our new home and some of the unique systems we were not used to as well as referrals to those who specialize in those systems. Being a hospitality professional for over 25 years, I'd rate his service as beyond expectations and excellent! read more

I found this company on Yelp and went solely on their 5 Star reviews. Anthony came within one hour and completed the work right away. There was additional work that we requested and Plumbing Excellence provided a .pdf quote for the additional work within hours. Anthony returned the next day and completed the second task. All in all excellent work and Anthony made several suggestions to help us prevent these issues in the future. I would call them again in a heartbeat. read more

Super prompt, professional, and polite. Followed up via text when we had questions without delay. He was even good about explaining things we could do in the future. They were really quick as well considering all we had him do. Seriously, stop reading this and call them! read more

They guys came out during the scheduled time frame and were able to fix my broken pipe very quickly and inexpensively. They also helped my mother to turn off the main water line and told he how to empty the pipes so we would have the issue again during the winter. I would highly recommend Plumbing excellence! read more

Highly recommend! I've had a lot of plumbing work done and Anthony has by far been the best. He was able to squeeze me in between appointments and get my leaky faucet and drain fixed in a short time. Very professional and affordable! read more

Anthony took the time to research my issue and called me back with the information that I would need to get the work done for free through the manufacturer. I was desperate to get my refrigerator back up and running so I would have paid for the service. He not only saved me the cost of his service call, but also gave me the correct guidance to have it fixed for free by the manufacturer. I received honest, top notch customer service and won't go anywhere else for service. Thank you Anthony! read more

I requested a service they don't provide but they were kind enough to give me a referral. If this is the way they are with non customers, I am sure they are awesome with paying customers! Thanks :) read more

Called on a Monday, they were able to make an appointment on Wednesday at a time convenient for me. They called before the appointment and confirmed before arriving.
