Did not install a replacement water heater to local plumbing and electrical codes; turned water back on at house upon leaving without checking for leaks. Water from main valve leaked profusely onto the basement floor until I came the next day to tighten the valve's packing nut to stop the leak. Did not clean up area around new installation; did not secure pipes to overhead beams; used shark-bite connections rather than soldering the pipes; would not install the braided flex lines I purchased from them until I complained. Had to have contractor come back the next day to repair the shoddy work. No longer recommended.

Now here we are in April 2026 my sub pump failed again. I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!
