We were very happy to find out George had joined Dye Plumbing and was able to support us in our new home. He and Sam came to our home first to address problems left by our builder. They talked through possible solutions with us and gave us detailed estimates. Once we agreed to a cost and schedule, they efficiently implemented the corrections as planned. Next, our 1 year-old sump pump system failed and Sam was able to visit and trouble-shoot the issue. No intro "Hi, thank you for calling Lehman...." or anything that would determine that I've reached a business or anything. I continued with my initial problem, and was advised that they had someone in the area which wouldnt be long before they could arrive. Then received a text message 1 hour later, proving another 1 hour 15 minute arrival time. No call, No Show. I then made contact with female again, advising of no show no call, and she would call me back. Gave her another full hour to provide me with a status and was sent to voicemail. Voicemail stated they would return my call promptly within 15 minutes and I was instead sent a text saying the same tech from earlier was just now enroute. Then I found other various reviews online also having the same communication issues that I am experiencing. Time is of the essence, and not calling nor showing up for an appointment is further waste of time. I would certainly NEVER refer anyone to Lehman Drain, nor would I recommend anyone even bother calling them for any type of service. Over promise way under deliver.

Cue my search for someone to install a backwater valve in my drainage line to make sure that doesn't happen again. Most contractors I called either seemed uninterested in trying to work around my (admittedly horrible) schedule or promised to come out and never arrived to give me an estimate. Then I found Modern Process Plumbing. Unlike most people I've dealt with regarding home repair or construction in the past, they gave me a very specific time they'd be out for the estimate and arrived exactly when they said they'd be here. They had the estimate ready for me a couple of days later. Their work proposal was as good as or better than any of the others I received and the price was lower. Better yet, they were willing to come out and do the work on Saturday so that I wouldn't have to take a day off of work (which would make the job far more expensive for me.) They arrived to start the work around 10:30 or so and were finished installing the valve, repairing the concrete, and cleaning everything up in the basement about five hours later. They took extra care to make as little mess as possible and were still apologetic about not thinking they'd cleaned up enough when they were done even though I can't see much of a mess at all down there. I will definitely be keeping these guys in mind for any plumbing work I have in the future.

I called Plumbing Excellence in a pinch when our water heater started leaking. Anthony responded quickly and worked into the evening to get a new one installed, and we had hot water again that night! We were so satisfied with his work and his service that we hired him to fix a gas leak in our fireplace, too. He did, and now we have a working fireplace again, too! Thanks Anthony! Anthony was meticulous but not slow in getting the job done right, kept communication open and honest, and waited patiently at my house while I finished pricing other options. He explained that a hardware store water heater is of cheaper quality than the "professional" model he would install. He also correctly guessed that a competitive quote had come in lower because they did not factor in permitting the work, which he felt was important, and I agreed. He did look for multiple ways to save us some money, including combining visits, not charging for the initial investigation of our gas leak, discounting a subsequent job; he even researched the design lifetime of my new water heater and recommended against getting an extended warrantee in my case since the heater was built to last at least that long if not longer. Anthony and team were friendly, passionate, and a delight to have at our house. I would hire Plumbing Excellence again or call them for advice any time!

Not very happy with their service. Paid over $500. to find and fix gas leak. They did their work,…read moresaid they corrected leak and left. Gas company comes out to turn Gas back on and says it's still leaking. Call Buddy's back out, they now say the leak is coming from the main line going into the house, and give an estimate of almost $6000 to fix. So, let me get this straight...you want me to hire you again for a $6000 job, when i just paid you over $500 and you obviously didnt do much of anything except maybe do a pressure test which accomplished nothing and benefitted me zero? I don't think so.....
