No intro "Hi, thank you for calling Lehman...." or anything that would determine that I've reached a business or anything. I continued with my initial problem, and was advised that they had someone in the area which wouldnt be long before they could arrive. Then received a text message 1 hour later, proving another 1 hour 15 minute arrival time. No call, No Show. I then made contact with female again, advising of no show no call, and she would call me back. Gave her another full hour to provide me with a status and was sent to voicemail. Voicemail stated they would return my call promptly within 15 minutes and I was instead sent a text saying the same tech from earlier was just now enroute. Then I found other various reviews online also having the same communication issues that I am experiencing. Time is of the essence, and not calling nor showing up for an appointment is further waste of time. I would certainly NEVER refer anyone to Lehman Drain, nor would I recommend anyone even bother calling them for any type of service. Over promise way under deliver.

I recently had a new iron filter and water softener installed by Donamarc Water Systems. While the…read moreinstallation didn't go perfectly, what impressed me most was how they handled the situation afterward. After the installation, I had several concerns involving the cleanup, warranty documentation, communication, and a few installation details. I reached out to the company, and instead of becoming defensive, Brandon Mantel (President) personally responded with a detailed email addressing every concern. Dom also returned to my home to deliver the warranty paperwork, clean up the remaining mess, and review the installation with me. He listened to my concerns, apologized for the issues, and acknowledged that one component of the existing plumbing should have been replaced. No company gets every job perfect. What separates a good company from a great one is how they respond when something doesn't go as planned. Donamarc took ownership where appropriate, communicated professionally, and worked to make things right. That level of accountability and customer service is something I genuinely appreciate, and it's why I would recommend them. I personally couldn't be more grateful.

Since we are on a well system I contacted this company for a diagnostic examination. The following day Dennis arrived and conducted an extremely thorough review of our well system and determined that the pump needed to be replaced to include a pipe and electrical wiring. Dennis is one of those individuals who is courteous, professional and demonstrates a level of confidence which only comes with decades of experience. Within days the crew showed up (on time) and quickly got to work. These guys were true professionals. The system to include a new pump, electrical wiring and pipe were quickly installed. On top of that after consulting with the crew I had them do a blowout of the well. The amount of sludge and sediment that was expelled from the well was incredible. But more important the debris was completely cleaned up by the crew. This will cut down on changing my water system filter. Many thanks to this wonderful company. We are thrilled with the results and in particular the shower pressure is incredible. WELL DONE.

I called Plumbing Excellence in a pinch when our water heater started leaking. Anthony responded quickly and worked into the evening to get a new one installed, and we had hot water again that night! We were so satisfied with his work and his service that we hired him to fix a gas leak in our fireplace, too. He did, and now we have a working fireplace again, too! Thanks Anthony! Anthony was meticulous but not slow in getting the job done right, kept communication open and honest, and waited patiently at my house while I finished pricing other options. He explained that a hardware store water heater is of cheaper quality than the "professional" model he would install. He also correctly guessed that a competitive quote had come in lower because they did not factor in permitting the work, which he felt was important, and I agreed. He did look for multiple ways to save us some money, including combining visits, not charging for the initial investigation of our gas leak, discounting a subsequent job; he even researched the design lifetime of my new water heater and recommended against getting an extended warrantee in my case since the heater was built to last at least that long if not longer. Anthony and team were friendly, passionate, and a delight to have at our house. I would hire Plumbing Excellence again or call them for advice any time!

I had them out on August 29, 2025 because my furnace was not producing heat and could not hold a set temperature. Yet, when they arrived and turned the thermostat on, it happened to produce heat and all they did was let it run while yacking and saying they did not know why it did not run for me. They did not find any cause, left me with no warranty, did a lackluster maintenance check, changed the humidifer filter on the furnance, criticized my whole house filter system and charged me $400 for nothing. They also failed to let me know they charge a 3% fee for using a credit card. I could have wrote a check. I complained to the office that I was not told of their policy and the owner did refund the 3% charge.
