I was stuck with a drain issue at one of my rentals in Kent on off hours and the guy I've used in the past was not responding any longer. I called Allen drain and they were friendly, responsive, and fit me in quickly. The workers that came out were knowledgeable and got the issue corrected promptly. Their pricing was way more affordable than expected (less than the independent guys I've used in the past). I'm never calling anyone else for drain problems. I've used them several times now (drain issues are inevitable with 4 units full of college renters) and been happy every time. I called them out once and it ended up not being a drain issue - they let me know what the problem was and didn't charge me for the false alarm. They also have a warranty of sorts and will come back at no charge if the drain clogs again within a certain amount of time (I believe 30 days). The customer service is outstanding. This is the company you want to deal with.

Now here we are in April 2026 my sub pump failed again. I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!

Over the years, I have had a few problems, and Dan has come out to fix the issues. But on November 22, 2024, I asked Dan to come out and look at the softener system as the tank seemed leaking, and the salt in the container had turned to complete mush. Dan said the tank was 'sweating' and not leaking. He added 2-3 buckets of water to the container and said to mix it every couple of days to dilute the salt. After a few weeks, I was supposed to add salt again. I called him on Saturday, November 23, and told him the tank was not sweating but leaking. He said he would be out on Sunday around 10:00 a.m. I phoned him around noon, and he said he was sick and couldn't come out. He said he would come out on Monday. Never heard from him. I called him on Tuesday, November 26, and he said he was busy with emergencies. In the meantime, the tank was leaking more than ever. I have videos and photos to back up my complaints. Mushy salt was still in the container. Finally, I sent Dan texts with my complaints and said I would not use his services again. I wrote this review to inform everyone that he is not the helpful person he used to be.

After 25 long years, we've finally found a plumber who's a keeper!…read more We discovered a leak on a Saturday, which had already damaged our kitchen ceiling and threatened our cabinets and hardwood floors. Unable to find the source ourselves, we contacted several plumbers and had to turn off our water for three days until help arrived. Kline & Kavali were the first to return our call on Monday morning, and although they couldn't come until first thing Tuesday morning, they arrived exactly when promised. Our serviceman, Nick, introduced himself, got right to work troubleshooting, and quickly isolated the issue. He clearly explained our repair options and efficiently completed the work. Nick was courteous, knowledgeable, and thoroughly cleaned up when he finished--other than the hole in our ceiling, you'd never know he'd been there.
