After the installation, I had several concerns involving the cleanup, warranty documentation, communication, and a few installation details. I reached out to the company, and instead of becoming defensive, Brandon Mantel (President) personally responded with a detailed email addressing every concern. Dom also returned to my home to deliver the warranty paperwork, clean up the remaining mess, and review the installation with me. He listened to my concerns, apologized for the issues, and acknowledged that one component of the existing plumbing should have been replaced. No company gets every job perfect. What separates a good company from a great one is how they respond when something doesn't go as planned. Donamarc took ownership where appropriate, communicated professionally, and worked to make things right. That level of accountability and customer service is something I genuinely appreciate, and it's why I would recommend them. I personally couldn't be more grateful.

Since we are on a well system I contacted this company for a diagnostic examination. The following day Dennis arrived and conducted an extremely thorough review of our well system and determined that the pump needed to be replaced to include a pipe and electrical wiring. Dennis is one of those individuals who is courteous, professional and demonstrates a level of confidence which only comes with decades of experience. Within days the crew showed up (on time) and quickly got to work. These guys were true professionals. The system to include a new pump, electrical wiring and pipe were quickly installed. On top of that after consulting with the crew I had them do a blowout of the well. The amount of sludge and sediment that was expelled from the well was incredible. But more important the debris was completely cleaned up by the crew. This will cut down on changing my water system filter. Many thanks to this wonderful company. Now here we are in April 2026 my sub pump failed again. I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!

Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. I am writing this review to express my disappointment with Curt's Softener, particularly with Dan…read more 2011 I purchased a new 2510 Fleck 1054 (tan) with Dan at Curt's Softener. Over the years, I have had a few problems, and Dan has come out to fix the issues. But on November 22, 2024, I asked Dan to come out and look at the softener system as the tank seemed leaking, and the salt in the container had turned to complete mush. Dan said the tank was 'sweating' and not leaking. He added 2-3 buckets of water to the container and said to mix it every couple of days to dilute the salt. After a few weeks, I was supposed to add salt again. I called him on Saturday, November 23, and told him the tank was not sweating but leaking. He said he would be out on Sunday around 10:00 a.m. I phoned him around noon, and he said he was sick and couldn't come out. He said he would come out on Monday. Never heard from him. I called him on Tuesday, November 26, and he said he was busy with emergencies. In the meantime, the tank was leaking more than ever. I have videos and photos to back up my complaints. Mushy salt was still in the container. Finally, I sent Dan texts with my complaints and said I would not use his services again. I wrote this review to inform everyone that he is not the helpful person he used to be.
