Had our furnace out go, called and left message with someone that answered the phone, left details and was told someone would call me, Never did call! Called back the next day asked about a blower motor that was needed and repairs. Didn't really seem too helpful. Maybe someone else might have better luck. read more

I am totally disgusted that a company would feel the need to say they are veteran operated or owned. What a disgrace. They were at my house to repair a noise on 1/30/26. Three hours later I'm shown pictures and told my 4 year old furnace was overly rusty and recommended I get a new furnace. I paid $99.00 for a repair but they seem to have charged for a recommendation of new purchase. They said the collector box was leaking. The "boy" left. I still had the noise and occasional no heat and it cost me &99.00. I asked about warranty on the part and was told no. I called the original installer and my part was called a secondary header box that needed replaced AND was under warranty. My son,a former hvac person told me this was the problem also. All fixed now thanks to Kelly's from New Phila. SHAME on Quality!. A refund of the $99.00 would be appreciated. We "OLD" people need "our" dollars more than a thieving company does. read more

We originally called Quality Heating & Cooling due to a leak from our furnace. A technician came out, and rather than repair it, they strongly pushed a full replacement. Since the unit was over 15 years old, we agreed and spent nearly $7,000 on a new system. Within a month, the same exact leak appeared -- water running from the front-right of the new unit across the floor, just like before. Despite this being a brand-new install, we were charged $50 to have them come back (in automotive, if you don't fix it right the first time, you fix it free next time). They blamed a condensation pump and quoted another $500 to replace it. I fixed it myself for under $100. The leak continued. They returned (as a "recall"), attempted to clear a drain, and left. The leak continued. On a third visit, they finally determined that the furnace was installed crooked, which was causing the issue. They said it would need to be reinstalled. After that, I heard nothing for two weeks. My wife tried to get a management or owners email but after much gatekeeping was only given one name to contact. Only after my figuring out how to contact the company president did I finally get a promise that someone would come fix it. That appointment was another week later. They were there for about 90 minutes, said "all done," and left no paperwork, no explanation, and no confirmation that the original problem was ever corrected. Throughout this entire process, nearly every visit came with attempts to upsell me on additional services -- ranging from $500 to $1,000 -- while the original issue remained unresolved. Professionalism from the techs was fine, but the overall experience with this company was unacceptable. I gave them every chance to make this right. At this point, I'm out $7000 on a furnace that only they'll know if it's installed correctly this time or not, $50 for a company to come fix their mistake, and any good faith from the business itself... the only thing "Quality" about this company is in their name. read more

After looking into reviews on Google, I decided to try Quality Heating and Cooling. Joseph was my technician and he came to look at my hot water heater on New Year's Eve! He was extremely professional, was meticulously and did a great job explaining to me about the problem of my old water heater. He removed my old water heater and installed a new water heater and did an awesome job with installation. He was on time and everything he said he would do, he delivered. Last year when purchasing a new AC system, service was great. One year later when it's time for the check up, I keep getting rescheduled for a later date. The cold air drop installed requires a very expensive filter by Aprilaire. Today when asked to reschedule, I just canceled it. I don't think I will be doing business with this company anymore. The fact is I should have chosen a competitor for this, several estimates were less expensive. read more

First. Very hard to get to show up on time. Then they told me that they couldn't do my humidifier because those filters aren't manufactured anymore. (untrue I went to youtube this week learned how to do it myself and bought the filters online). Also the tech first tried to convince me I should buy a whole new house humidifier and then made sure I understood a few times about the "convenience" of signing up for their program so they can change my filter and do an inspection twice a year. I stopped using them in the past when they aggressively tried to sell me during covid on a special zapper that would protect me from covid. I decided to try them again and same result. It's always some sort of upsell you don't need with these folks. It's one long sales pitch with 99% of their techs. read more

Not a good fit for me, personally. This seems like a very professionally-run company. A serviceman came out to check my non-working AC, $99 service call, which seems about the going rate. My old AC system is not repairable and the tech showed me why, not surprising given the age of my system. He then offered to set me up w/ an appt to get an estimate on a new system. I was informed to plan for an hour and a half for them to measure my home and explain the pros & cons of various options. That is a great offer for some customers I am sure. For me, I have a tape measure and can give dimensions on my home. I also use AC about 30 days a year, as I have never really liked AC, so I don't use it often, so I am looking for the cheapest option out there. I probably would be fine w/ a couple window conditioners. I also like to read and do my own research. So, the prospect of sitting through a 90 minute sales presentation was not something I was willing to go through. QH&C said they do not offer estimates w/o going through this process which I personally find arduous. Others may like that process and seems like you would be dealt with professionally by them if you can endure the buying process. read more

We recently replaced our entire HVAC system with a new AC, Furnace and humidifier. The staff (Cody, Joe, Lisa, etc) were very knowledgable and responsive in answering our questions and providing an easy solution to address our heating/cooling needs for the next 20-25 years (hopefully!). The financing process was quick and easy as was the install itself. They may not offer the dirt cheap options of the box stores for HVAC, but they do offer a quick, painless and efficient option that I will recommend to anyone with interest. read more

My wife and I made use of the affordable AC/Furnace inspection combo that Quality offers (definitely recommend). Through this we found that we were in need of replacing our furnace. Mike D did some quick measuring and quoted us some great end of year sale prices. Lisa was able to get us scheduled for an install two days later. Install techs were efficient and polite. Definitely recommend this company. They even sent us a thank you package of a free small lunch cooler and fresh cookies for being their customers. They installed a new furnace and central air unit at my house a few years ago. Their technicians took the time to calculate the volume of the house to ensure they installed the right size system. They modified my ductwork such that the furnace doesn't have to work as hard to move air through my house. Installation was quick and professional. Periodic tune-ups are no fuss. The folks at Quality have that in spades. Our furnace has been out for over a week. We had another company look at it. The said it was a lost cause. Need a new furnace.
