My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!

I do real estate full-time and I first used them to assess the sewer lines in an apartment building my brother and I were personally in the process of buying and he found a sink hole underneath due to the corroded sewer lines (saving us thousands of dollars.) Ever since I have recommended them to all my buyer and seller clients in need of a plumbing inspection, repair or scope! Which is honestly saying a lot, because after 11 years in real estate, I have very very few contractors I recommend. Because a lot are unreliable, but NOT them! They respond quickly, they show up, they are available in emergencies, they do great work, they are super knowledgeable, they are honest and they NEVER pressure my clients into repairs they don't need. Guy comes out, looks at the setup while standing 3 feet away and says it is good. He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. I was stuck with a drain issue at one of my rentals in Kent on off hours and the guy I've used in the past was not responding any longer. I called Allen drain and they were friendly, responsive, and fit me in quickly. The workers that came out were knowledgeable and got the issue corrected promptly. Their pricing was way more affordable than expected (less than the independent guys I've used in the past). I'm never calling anyone else for drain problems. I've used them several times now (drain issues are inevitable with 4 units full of college renters) and been happy every time. I called them out once and it ended up not being a drain issue - they let me know what the problem was and didn't charge me for the false alarm. They also have a warranty of sorts and will come back at no charge if the drain clogs again within a certain amount of time (I believe 30 days). The customer service is outstanding. This is the company you want to deal with.
