Now here we are in April 2026 my sub pump failed again. I called and was told that my previously purchased sub Pump was under a three-year warranty so I would not have to pay for a new sub pump just labor cost. Someone came out and told my husband the cost would be $450 to replace the sub pump and then suggested he buy a better sub pump with the labor would be $750. My husband requested I only want the sub pump I purchased with the warranty. I do not need the labor. The plumber then left refusing to give us our sub pump and said that's not how we do business. IT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED that it's only under warranty if their plumber replaces it. I've called and inquired of the sub pump we purchased and they told me they would get back to me and have never gotten back to me. They are in fact avoiding me Getting a Lawyer by the way!

Crown told me I needed a new Condenser coil. I felt their price was high and I wanted to get a couple other quotes, but hey, it's August and it's like 90 degrees, so I had them do the job. They made me pay half upfront for the part -~$1600, even though the part was $1200. After completion I asked for a breakdown of the cost in terms of parts and labor. The techs made some lame excuse as to why they couldn't do that. I called their office several times, they hung up on me twice, and never called me back. Also, I meant to tell the techs I wanted the old coil but forgot. So in my discussion about the bill, I asked for the old coil back since it has copper scrap value, they in essence refused, so they basically stole the part from me, as they never asked me if they could take it. Do yourself a favor, go with a smaller, local independently owned contractor. Ask for an itemization of the cost and keep in mind that some parts of an AC unit have scrap value.

The installers, Nate and Phoenix, were here around 8 am and was finished and cleaned up by 2pm. I was very surprised they had removed and installed everything in that time frame. The price was competitive, but they have coupons on their website. While searching through the webpage, i noticed they also have plumbing and electrical services. No intro "Hi, thank you for calling Lehman...." or anything that would determine that I've reached a business or anything. I continued with my initial problem, and was advised that they had someone in the area which wouldnt be long before they could arrive. Then received a text message 1 hour later, proving another 1 hour 15 minute arrival time. No call, No Show. I then made contact with female again, advising of no show no call, and she would call me back. Gave her another full hour to provide me with a status and was sent to voicemail. Voicemail stated they would return my call promptly within 15 minutes and I was instead sent a text saying the same tech from earlier was just now enroute. Then I found other various reviews online also having the same communication issues that I am experiencing. Time is of the essence, and not calling nor showing up for an appointment is further waste of time. I would certainly NEVER refer anyone to Lehman Drain, nor would I recommend anyone even bother calling them for any type of service. Over promise way under deliver.
