They replaced burnt out tubes, which were 3000K, with 4100K which was way too bright for this area. We wound up paying for ballast replacement and four tubes, over their estimate. Then we bought new 3000K tubes at Home Depot, for $25, and replaced them ourselves. Not only no attempt to satisfy the customer, owner was actually insulting. So sorry we called them.

So our credit card needed to be replaced and the number changed. We have called them 3 times left messages and never got a response! We are trying to give them money and they won't call us ! Oh, and since then our chimney cap came off and was on the ground. It was rotted clean through! Guess it wasn't a roofing issue after all!
