I had so many others give me accurate estimates with all of the same information. Beck insisted I would have to have a technician come out for $99 minimum to see what would be needed and proceeded to ask questions that were all answered in my thorough details. Everything felt so impersonal and greedy. Based on their other reviews, I'm not shocked.
