I contacted the owner, Anthony, initially on 3/14/2025 via email followed by multiple text messages in an effort to get him to assess the situation and determine how to resolve the issue. He acknowledged the issue and indicated his intention to repair the section; he was no show on two (2) scheduled appointments and failed to contact me to schedule the repair work or even assess the issue. I have not had any further communication from Land Pro Management since 5/25/2025. He also failed to respond to a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. Due to the unresponsiveness of Land Pro Management LLC in my multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I would not recommend this business for concrete work.

I'm convinced A&S Tree Service has one of the most ethical business owners in Cleveland. Alex arrived same day as my call ( I sent him pictures so he knew this wasn't a leisurely take down. He spoke to me and two neighbors and even recorded a video for my insurance claim. The price was more than fair. The crew arrived on time and got to work 3 days later. They were fast, friendly and immaculate at clean up. I had both crane and a bucket truck, as well as their tree climber- who was fascinating to see his skill. These guys are the real deal. True "tree whisperers" who were faster than their estimated time, and also gave me an opportunity to add on additional small trees which Alex identified as future problems. Worth it. I will give my highest recommendation on both safety and speed, plus the price was fair! My situation was not one you want to be in- especially with a storm system looming on tomorrows weather- and they made sure we were ahead of it and safe.
