He took great care to ensure our mulch was cleaned up throughly and that he bagged the shrubs right where they were to ensure toxic needles were not spread around our yard. We had paid him almost $1,000 in cash. He was at our home maybe 6 hours (I'm being generous). I feel I was robbed (and I don't complain much). But not even a conversation from him. Complete lack of professionalism or the ability to communicate so that I could understand what was completed. I am not sure what happened, but we definitely feel we have been had. I would recommend you never pay him in cash.

This company showed up with a giant limb fell onto my house, assured me for 45 minutes that they could handle the job. Contract was signed for the two part job to be done all in one day. Then the equipment stopped working and the excuses started. I had to beg them for the photos they took of the roof to send into the insurance company and he very maturely stopped responding to my messages altogether. TWICE the owner Steve King no called no showed scheduled appointments with no phone call explanation. They left rust pile messes in my yard, oil stains on my sandstone pavers, and wanted to try to tell me that *31 days* from the time the contract was signed was an acceptable amount of time to get the job done. Don't be a fool like me and put your money and trust these guys. They completely took advantage of my emergency and vanished with my payment in full.
