Between some time mid-late August 2025 and Mid December 2025 I spoke with Seth about 6 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME he gave me that exact same line, "you're on our schedule, we will be there in 2 weeks and will call a few days in advance to give you the heads up". After that call in mid-december I stopped calling because it was obvious they weren't coming. I had a few other quotes from different companies and Seth's was the least expensive which is why I called them so many times to come out. However, I had another outfit call me at the beginning of Feb 2026 and offer a discount to do my tree removal that month to keep their crew busy. I accepted it and they showed up a few days later and took it out. One of the times I called Seth, he actually came to my house and said I was mis-quoted and raised my price $1000. I told him i'd accept his new price if they would actually show up and do the job. To my face, he said yes we want to do this job and should be able to get this done in the next month or so. That was after call #3 I believe so I called them 3 more times after that before I gave up. If you want a tree service that will endlessly give you the runaround then Dennis Tree Service is for you. From watching the service that I used take down my tree I see it was a complicated job but if Dennis didn't want to do it I wish they would have just said so. It would have saved me months of aggravation. Absolutely terrible.

Recently, I had a tree cut down by "Tree Service". Initially, everything seemed to go well with…read moretaking down the tree. Unfortunately, that is not the way things ended up with the issues afterwards. The yard cleanup was not very thorough. If a better yard cleanup would have been done, they certainly would have noticed that a piece of their equipment was left behind in my yard. The other issue, which I didn't notice until the next day, was that they had caused a large crack in my sidewalk when they backed their truck onto my yard. I called them that day regarding the equipment piece left and the cracked sidewalk. At that time, I asked if the cracked sidewalk was something that they covered and was told it was. Also, that day, someone from the company came over to pick up equipment and to take pictures of the sidewalk crack. He informed me that someone from the company would be contacting me. Since that time, I've called 2 more times and left 2 more messages. It has now been over 3 wks. and there has been absolutely NO RESPONSE from Tree Service. I already reviewed one of them. Ilya's was the winner however. I needed the work done fast because I have 2 other projects coming. I met him on a Friday wednesday he is here doing it all. He looked an an Old Oak towering over my garage and told me that the tree was in great health so not urgent to do. However the front was.
