Others were outrageous, one in particular, which is close to my house, was STUPID CRAZY. Any who, when Kmitt's arrived for the job, it was the same guy, Pat, who quoted the job. Not a salesman, I did not have to reiterate with the guys what was originally quoted. And that's a biggie! They went over the branches and rooting and corrected items I did not even consider. They removed all debris, the tree looked fabulous. My wife did not even recognize it. Super friendly, prompt, great attention to detail and AFFORDABLE!

I mentioned that I had tree issues in my backyard, he gave me his business card to contact him. Gave Alberto a call a couple of days later, his response was just awesome! He came by my property, surveyed the job, and presented me with a quote on Friday. The quote was very reasonable, we booked the job and by Saturday early evening it was completed. I am so pleased with the work Alberto and his crew performed on my backyard. I told him how happy he made me! I asked Alberto if he did not mine if I let my sister know about his professionalism and work performance. Of course he did not with that winning smile!

The second time, I didn't even bother getting other quotes--I went straight to A&S because of how efficient and effective their crew is. They even managed to come out the same day I called! Recently, after a month of waiting to spread the mulch from a tree grinding, I noticed that the job wasn't fully completed due to the challenging location (a large, mature tree in a tight two-foot area surrounded by a driveway and sidewalk). It was impossible for them to see all the remaining roots. When I reached out, they immediately recognized the oversight and had it resolved within 24 hours. I'm convinced A&S Tree Service has one of the most ethical business owners in Cleveland. I've had at least four trees removed by them, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of tree services.

The price was more than fair. The crew arrived on time and got to work 3 days later. They were fast, friendly and immaculate at clean up. I had both crane and a bucket truck, as well as their tree climber- who was fascinating to see his skill. These guys are the real deal. True "tree whisperers" who were faster than their estimated time, and also gave me an opportunity to add on additional small trees which Alex identified as future problems. Worth it. I will give my highest recommendation on both safety and speed, plus the price was fair! My situation was not one you want to be in- especially with a storm system looming on tomorrows weather- and they made sure we were ahead of it and safe. Five stars out of five for this top notch company. The BEST.

They truly are experts when it comes to this, all of them working together as one. It was amazing to watch. We have many more trees that will eventually come down, and there's no doubt in my mind who we will call! You should definitely call Ron and his guys!
