A recent storm launched a large branch on a neighbors garage, while another branch was poised above my garage ready to break. Alex arrived same day as my call ( I sent him pictures so he knew this wasn't a leisurely take down. He spoke to me and two neighbors and even recorded a video for my insurance claim. The price was more than fair. The crew arrived on time and got to work 3 days later. They were fast, friendly and immaculate at clean up. I had both crane and a bucket truck, as well as their tree climber- who was fascinating to see his skill. These guys are the real deal. True "tree whisperers" who were faster than their estimated time, and also gave me an opportunity to add on additional small trees which Alex identified as future problems. Worth it. I will give my highest recommendation on both safety and speed, plus the price was fair! My situation was not one you want to be in- especially with a storm system looming on tomorrows weather- and they made sure we were ahead of it and safe. Five stars out of five for this top notch company. The BEST.

We had A&S cut down a tree for us in a precarious spot, between two garages and again overhead wires. They quoted me a very reasonable price and stuck to their agreed upon quote. They even ground the stump quickly. I was so impressed with the overall experience and HIGHLY recommend them for tree work.

Parks Tree came out on one of the hottest days, so far, and performed some much needed maintenance for our very large garden. We have trees, shrubs, native pollinator perennials and more. Please consider that your very wordy proposal was not completely understandable by a lay person and I was not certain which trees and which branches were to be trimmed. Others probably have the same experience. I also felt that to go ahead I must pray for good work or at least proper workmanship. No way you can convince me otherwise. I now have to hire another company to get the work done. The tree in the back is handling towards my home and wires and was not trimmed correctly. Please consider as above that I could never be certain what work was to be done. I had to pray on that and was disappointed.

Caution: Unpredictable Scheduling, Property Damage & Zero Communication…read more Communication was poor from the start with Affordable Tree Services of Ohio LLC. After accepting their quote, I received no updates, confirmation, or scheduling notice for 2 weeks. I finally had to reach out and ask if they were willing to take the job. Then their crew showed up unannounced to perform the work. During the job, workers dropped a heavy log onto my brand new concrete driveway, causing a major structural crack through a 5'x8' (72 sq. ft.) panel. Company representative Torie acknowledged the property damage and the business's liability in writing via email. However, following that initial written admission, the company completely stopped communicating. They have ignored all repeated phone calls, voicemails, and emails for months, making zero effort to coordinate or fund the necessary concrete repairs. Because of their refusal to resolve the damage they caused, I was forced to file formal disputes with both the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section. Be extremely cautious if you hire this company. Expect zero scheduling updates beforehand, and do not expect them to take responsibility or maintain basic communication if they damage your property.
