The experience wasn't the greatest . Employee showed up explained the process and said that after the first good rain the moss would be gone. After process the chemical was sprayed on deck furniture, trees, deck, plants which we need to clean up. After the service person sprayed a perfect rectangle on the driveway with the chemicals. Said it was an accident but really was a pay to have him clean the driveway at a $600 price which I perceived as unethical. I denied the driveway cleaning. He them come back out which they did but job didn't get any better after 2-3 more rains. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Their marketing practices are very deceptive. Their ads state that "the technicians at Pristine Clean are highly trained and experienced, including classroom instruction and an in-the-field apprenticeship program." They also claim that "their teams utilize eco-friendly detergents." I hired Pristine Clean to power wash my house and driveway. Right before the technician was about to begin, I learned from him that the so-called eco-friendly detergent described in their marketing materials contains chlorine bleach. I immediately stopped him from spraying the solution until I could alert my next-door neighbor to move her Mercedes-Benz, which was parked about 10 feet downwind from where he was about to start spraying. When I mentioned to the technician that a solution containing bleach is not eco-friendly and expressed concern about the impact the cleaning solution would have on my landscaping, he told me that he didn't have time to talk and that I needed to move out of the way so I would not get bleach stains on my clothes. I allowed him to complete the cleaning of the west side of the house. The smell of bleach was very strong. After he stopped spraying, I approached him again to ask a few questions. He again said that he didn't have time to talk and that I needed to "back off" or he would call in and have my job canceled. At that point, I told him to go ahead and cancel the job immediately. The company later offered to send another, more experienced technician to finish the work. I declined because I no longer trust this company due to their deceptive marketing practices and the unprofessional behavior of the technician they sent to my home. (Late sprint 2025) Hired this company to pressure wash our house and driveway. Hoping for great results for the price paid ($1200). Spots on the front of house (of all places!) were missed/ streaky. Windows absolutely terrible. The sidewalks leading both to and away from the driveway were only partially hit- so you can see the dirt/clean areas there all too well. We work long hours to earn our income and do not tend spend it or our free time foolishly. I admit, we did not follow through to call them back out as we had a family emergency to deal with on top of it all..... but would not recommend them to anybody. read more

The two gentlemen who did the cleaning were professional, knowledgeable, hard working, and just very nice to interact with. They took great effort to protect vulnerable plants and shrubs by covering them and the final result was a good looking house. very disappointed in these guys - usually they do a good job but the guy who came out this year hurried through the job - did not check back with me when he was done and left streaks and a bunch of mold on the stuctures we asked to have power washed. I just watched as Pristine Clean washed a house in my neighborhood. Especially for the prices they charge, it is NOT worth it! They don't even get up on ladders, like in the photos. They pretty much lightly spray the house down, maybe scrub off a little bird droppings or light surface things, if even that, and rinse, all from the ground and a little 3 step stool, even for tall houses. Considering the $400 or so that they are charging, you could easily do a better job yourself of hire someone less expensive. NOT impressed at all. read more

While job gone was satisfactory except For my deck steps, they either forgot to it inappropriately applied the foliage protectant damaging several piece of landscaping. A few might not recover. My mistake was paying the balance up front. Now try ignore my correspondence. read more

Pristine Clean gave us terrible customer service. We hired them to power wash our house and ended up with POWER LOSS, damage to our utility connections and $1,300 in repair costs that they are not accepting responsibility for. That amount does not include lost work hours since we both work from home, time spent on calls with Columbia Gas and the Illuminating Company, a late-night visit from the Illuminating Company, the frustration of 28+ hours before another company was able to repair things, etc. We have never written a recap like this, but felt it was important to warn people about this company. This is the third time I have used this company to power wash and seal my driveway and IT WILL BE THE LAST. The very first time the job was superior, my neighbors all praised how "new like" my driveway looked. We hired Pristine again a few years later. We were not happy with the job so the next year we used a different company. Decided to give Pristine one more chance this spring. Again disappointed with the work: streaks were left on the sidewalk, one of the employees walked over the patio after it was cleaned leaving muddy footprints, and they power washed the paint completely off in several areas of the garage door entry way. I called and explained that I had some issues with the work and their solution was to take 30$ the bill which was over 659$. read more

We hired them to power wash our hardscaping and to clean our windows. The power washing was fine. The windows? AWFUL!!! I should have known better than to hire a window washer that doesn't use a squeegee to clean the windows. It TRULY is the ONLY effective way to clean windows. I think my windows actually looked dirtier AFTER they "cleaned" them. They use some hokey spray "technology", which leaves spots ALL OVER the windows. I had to call them back the next day to re-do the windows, and they looked just as bad the 2nd time as they did the 1st. REALLY disappointed. Would NOT recommend for window washing. read more

Pristine Clean power washed the house recently. I agree with Sherine N. The technicians were very nice and courteous. Originally, there was noticeable streaking left behind. When we called, they were extremely helpful and sent someone out immediately the next day to examine it. They came ready to resolve the issue the next day and came with more tools to do a more powerful cleaning. We had a good dialogue with them regarding why this occurred and the team was very friendly and professional about it. Overall, I do think they offer great customer service and care about their client, and for that reason we'd use them again. read more

Pristine Clean did my drive and left puddles of sealant which left stains. After texts, emails over a couple months they sent someone to take a look and determined the stains were from a previous sealant application. It was!THEIRS!!! Anyhow the price was very good and PPW was willing to match it but I decided to go with the underdog. I forgot the gentleman's name that performed the service, but he was very courteous and communicated well. He called and gave us a 45 minute warning. Once he arrived, he offered to walk around and confirm what needed to be done. He moved and covered items as necessary. He was very thorough and the house looked amazing after he completed the service. Everything he moved was replaced. Excellent job! One last item, the company DID NOT require payment up front. Only after the job was completed. I read reviews of another, well advertised (on radio & mailers) company that does not review well. Used 2 years ago for my driveway and porch and all was fine. This year, same service, and I added power washing of my garage siding. Streaks on the garage, all sides not even cleaned, and they had to return. The WORST, however -they left nasty stains on my porch which they said was "curing", although this did not happen the first time. They would NOT stand by their work. The Customer "Concern" ( Complaint) Manager Derek was not only unhelpful, was downright nasty. For a $900 job, they could have accepted responsibility and done whatever it takes to return my porch back to original clean, unstained condition. The attitude was poor. The cleaning team themselves - polite but NOT well trained. Left the area a mess. Advice - use another company for better service, integrity, quality, and better price, too. I will. We purchased a power wash of a small composite deck on the back of the house. The crew was pleasant, but were only there for about 20 minutes. You wouldn't have been able to tell a before picture from an after picture following the service. We were charged $320 for a job we could have done just as well (or better) with the garden hose. Maybe they do decent with siding or driveways, but I strongly advise against hiring these guys to wash composite decking. read more
