We had our driveway cleaned then sealed by Oscar and Ryan of Pristine Clean last week. They did a fantastic and thorough job. The water beads up beautifully now and the cement it is not slippery. Although not included in the price, I asked if they could clean my front steps and they did happily. They also cleaned the roof and the solution they used will kill any algae. I could not be more pleased with the work that they did. They were friendly and explained each step of the process. Today, Bill came and rejuvenated thew roof shingles with an eco-friendly solution which is safe for humans, pets, and plants. He would treat a section, then make sure he sprayed water on the section below in order to keep the area clean. I watched the process and he was thorough and precise. He was al about doing the best job he could. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth, and did not have to pay until all work was completed and I was totally satisfied. This was my first foray into professional concrete cleaning and sealing. previously I had performed this task with somewhat lackluster results. I had great results with Pristine Clean, I had called to get a quote on their service on Wednesday and was able to secure an appointment for the next day. While I am sure that isn't common I was all too happy to have the concrete drive, front porch, front walkway, and my sidewalk cleaned so quickly and at a very competitive price (perfect power wash wasn't even competitive with their quote). I was amazed when I came home to see my concrete and how clean and crisp it looked. I definitely waited too long to have this done. I have algae growth on the north end of the house. The guys came and did a great job. The algae is all gone and the house is nice and clean. As an added surprise, my windows were very clean when they finished. I was expecting to see a lot of spotting. My patio door is completely clean after the winter dirt. There are just a few spots on a couple windows. They also treated the house with a protectant. Since it was just sprayed on, I don't know how well that works. Another big company told me it doesn't do anything however they don't offer that service and might have been saying that to get me to go with them. The other big company quoted me $630. I told him I couldn't go over 400 and they said OK we'll do it for that. I did not like that they were trying to gouge me to start with & am glad I opted with this company. read more

The response to my call for a price quote was quick, professional & easy. Their price was half the price I was quoted by PPW! The only thing I wanted was a price, but PPW representative kept pushing me to schedule by "giving me a deal". He dropped their price twice before i hung up. The final PPW $ was still a couple dollars more the the quick (& actual) quote from Pristine! It was dishonest to try to get my business by offering a high price only to trick me into thinking he was giving me an "at cost deal". I was pleasantly surprised (and quite astonished and impressed) at how clean my 20+ year cement driveway looked when I returned home (was not home to witness the service being performed)...this was the first time I ever had this done. I think the person who worked on my driveway did an excellent job and seemed to pay attention to detail. I am not sure what kind of sealer was used or how long it will last (hopefully a few years) but for now, it looks amazing. The cost was half of a local competitor and I believe they used only my water supply (although I was told slightly different when I booked the project - they said they supply water but did need access to my water supply - didn't really understand all that). We had Pristine Clean service our entire house. This included roof, gutters, driveway, sidewalks around the house, patio and fence. They began with the roof and worked their way down. It was well worth the money. Our house has never looked so good and clean. The roof looks like new, the brick and siding are sparkling and our patio and concrete areas are very white. They also cleaned our white fence beautifully and removed all of the algae. Jeff and Aaron were the crew on our job and I can not say enough good things about their service. They were prompt and very polite throughout the many hours they were at our house. The were very detailed about making sure everything was cleaned. We used Pristine Clean to clean our house and garage last year. They were so good we wanted our concrete and driveway cleaned this year. They did a super job for us. They had some equipment trouble which they took care of. being late in the day, they came back today to put on the sealer. My neighbor gave them a very bad time about blocking their driveway. Let me assure you they did not block him in. I have security camera photos that show he was not blocked in. He really gave the men a hard time . Pristine Clean did a fantastic job on my home by cleaning my siding, gutters, sidewalk, driveway, and roof. We had horrible black streaking on and moss growing on our roof and after the treatment, it is already dissipating after only one day. Tim, our service technician, was extraordinarily professional and courteous to us by communicating when he would be here, what his findings were, and when he was finished. He gave us a heads up that he found bee nests in places that our exterminator had already treated which helped me to bring the exterminator back out under a guarantee of service. I have been wanting to get my driveway, sidewalks and porch cleaned for several years. I chose Pristine Clean because they had good reviews and they use biodegradable products (did not want my grass ruined) and they use a walk behind brush cleaning system. The results? And, That is never well received by a potential customer.) because of the friendly service on the phone and their competitive price I chose pristine clean. They showed up before the down pour. They power washed the house, drive and patio in the rain. I gave them poncho's because they did not have any protection, no thank you. Now they think they can apply the sealent in the rain. It all washed away, they had to come back and apply it again. This time it left a stain in my driveway. There people are not train correctly. The job should of been cancelled because of the rain. Now I have to deal with this stain on my drive because they did not know how to reapply the sealent. I would never recommend them. I should of demanded a discount. Like an idiot I paid their bill. read more

My sidewalk was almost black after 30 yrs, my drive was 5 yrs old and badly stained from leaves and tree seed pods...neither had ever been cleaned or sealed. This year I have had Pristine wash the back of my house and wash and seal my driveway. Both times they were there within 4 days of my phone call. The house looks amazing. Didn't realize how dirty it was. Now the siding looks brand new. The driveway hadn't been done since the install. Immediately after sealing you could tell it was working. Did Pristine Clean kill my roof moss? Yup... And my hostas, Astilbe's, ferns, and grass. While downspout issues were expected, I did not anticipate extensive damage to entire sections below my gutters. Response to my inquiries was horribly unprofessional. Basically a huge stall job until I explained that my repeated inquiries were saved for reporting to the BBB, only then did they acknowledge that the service was not done properly and offer to make restitution.
