So I did the standard check Amazon check Target check Best buy and I saw on Facebook marketplace that Mentor iPhone repair had at least a dozen sets of open box airpods. The owner of the store, matt, is almost always on site and he was in there doing what he does best which is making broken iPhones whole again. He had a ton of accessories for iPhones to include cases glass covers and we saw the case of airpods. He picked one out for me and it was about $30 less new than what I would have spent at best buy. Matt also has a pretty good selection of iphones, Apple computers, and pretty much anything Apple that you would want much of it is trade-in items. We got home and plugged the airpods up at first I thought were these used but they were absolutely not used they were brand new just happened to be open box. So try to shop local he is one of the best in Mentor.

The next day it stopped working again- she took it back and they replaced the screen but not the screen protector she bought. 2 days later it stopped working again! They told her not to come back because he was upset about the google review I left. So now she still has a broken phone and I'm out almost $300. And he asked my daughter if I knew she bought vapes there- like threatening to tell me...grow up. I called and he said there was a crack in the screen- but bro, she just bought a screen protector. I was skeptical it could be fixed. I called around for prices, and FastFix had the best. As soon as I told Neil what was going on with my phone, he knew how to fix it. I was planning on running errands while he fixed my phone, but ended up locking my keys in my truck. Neil was extremely easy going and friendly. He made sure my 2 year old daughter and I were comfortable. He even let her watch her favorite movie on his Netflix while we waited. Even better, my phone was fixed before AAA got there. I haven't had a problem with my phone since. Not only did he fix my phone, but his customer service made my bad day better.

Fast Fix wont replace the bad charging port they installed. They told me its the battery but when I put it on my wireless charger - it charges my phone. I WONT GO BACK
