Absolutely do not got here. I never hardly write reviews, but I have to let everyone know this…read moreplace is a scam!!!!!!!!!!! My son took his phone there for a broken screen. They replaced it for 215.00. When he got home the screen fell out and it cracked. He called them and they said to bring it back in. We were leaving for a July 4th getaway so he was not able to bring it back the next day. It fell out again and cracked worse. On Monday when we returned he took it back and they said it was cracked and needed to by another screen. My son let them and I was furious! I called the ignorant guy said it was broke. I think you know where im going with this. I got nowhere. THE VERY WORST THIEVES AND TO TOP IT OFF RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I originally had 5 stars for these guys when I referred my mom to them. But that has changed…read more I have a phone that I cracked the screen after 4 years of owning it and ended up bringing it here because Spectrum is a terrible company, and made a mistake on my account, and would not Warrenty my phone. So after 3 months of fighting with them, I gave up, and came here because my screen was pretty much done at that point... (Couldn't see the bottom half). So I call, they quoted about $200 to do the screen on my s23 ultra. Not bad, let's do it! I get the phone back and the first thing i noticed is the back was peeling off, so he took it in the back and "fixed" it.. then i get it back 10 minutes later and it is clearly an aftermarket screen, rounded edges, doesn't show the whole picture, less pixels, and the bottom pixels started glitching! So I ask why its like that, and Sam said because it was an aftermarket screen, and the glitch was because it was slightly defective which is covered under Warrenty. And then I asked him, why didn't you give me options from the beginning? I dont want that... he then (after the fact) gave me options for a refurbished Samsung oem screen or a brand new Samsung oem service pack.. I chose the service pack. He then said it was almost $500 for that! At first I didn't believe it until I did some research and he gave me a discount for the troubles which was very nice. So I brought it back, and got the new "service pack". A day later the whole screen went green and the phone was more unusable then it come in!! On a Friday before the 4th of July so I had to wait almost a week for them to send the phone to Samsung for them to say it was "physical damage " which is not true! I never dropped or put pressure, and had an otter box case on the phone and even Sam agreed with me! So someone had to of messed up the install. He then told me that he would only charge me half for a new screen of my choosing. So I picked the refurbished Samsung screen.. and Sam said he would have it done the next day, and would be there, and that I could have the old broken screen. I get there the next day, and Sam is not there ( this was the second time this happend) and that Savan guy was there.. quiet, and slightly reluctant, not super friendly or polite. He hands me my phone, and the first thing I notice immediately is the back is pealing off (that sound familiar?) ... so he takes it back and I waited for 10 minutes for that to be done the correct way... again... He also refused to give me the old broken screen that Sam said I could have but showed me a little capacitor that supposedly was the issue, he said they could use parts off if the old screen.. What a bunch of scammers! He was also pretty rude till I explained what Spectrum had put me through and this whole process.. THEN he kind of lightened up. I get home and my screen is AGAIN glitching out if noowhere... Touching, scrolling and doing things without me touching the screen! I adjusted some settings (turned off sensative touch etc) and it helped but it still is not the same, and is hard to do precision things.. I will never come here again. I dont recommend. I have an iPad that needs a screen, a computer that needs fixed and a few other things that I was about to bring, and many people to refer, but now I'll take my business elsewhere. If the service pack would have been done correctly the first time, or at least been covered seeing how I never dropped the phone, or damaged it myself, I would have paid the full price for the original service pack if the phone wouldn't have broke. This is assinine, and i hope upper management, and the owner sees this! I think Sam was trying to help, but whoever did the installs needs to go back to school!!

Fantastic customer service and good prices…read more My phone hasn't worked in over a year! it randomly opened apps/links and pressed buttons all on its little lonesome. I was skeptical it could be fixed. I called around for prices, and FastFix had the best. As soon as I told Neil what was going on with my phone, he knew how to fix it. I was planning on running errands while he fixed my phone, but ended up locking my keys in my truck. Neil was extremely easy going and friendly. He made sure my 2 year old daughter and I were comfortable. He even let her watch her favorite movie on his Netflix while we waited. Even better, my phone was fixed before AAA got there. I haven't had a problem with my phone since. Not only did he fix my phone, but his customer service made my bad day better.

Within an hour of picking the phone up yesterday it started flashing green and it's MY fault? Everything I read says it's either the display flex isn't perfectly seated or the replacement panel is defective. HE THEN CALLED THE POLICE AND HAD EVEN MY 4 YEAR OLD REMOVED FROM THE STORE! This man doesn't deserve to have a business in North Royalton. READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME STORY. I PROMISE YOU THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FRIENDS/FAMILY AND ALSO GO BACK WAY BEFORE HE OWNED THIS PLACE. Please please please avoid this place!!!! ID GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! Dropped my phone off Thursday to have the battery replaced because my phone kept freezing and have the back screen crack repaired. Picked it up Friday, was told "it still might not be dry but it should be okay, just put it in the case". Saturday, my phone is still freezing and to my shock and surprise, the back of the phone was cracked again. I brought it back at 1pm, not even 24 hours after picking it up. I called about 4:30 to see if it was ready and was told he had to order a part and I couldn't get my phone until Monday. Well, excuse me but did I say it's okay to keep my phone until Monday? I certainly did not. He claimed he called my husband, that's a lie. No missed call, no voicemail. He said the other guy who worked on my phone "used the wrong glue", whatever that means, and then literally in the same sentence accused ME of cracking my phone! I told him put my phone back together, I'm coming to get it. He's a terrible person to deal with. ZERO customer service skills. These reviews literally have to be his friends and family. THE BEST PART IS 8PM, MY ENTIRE PHONE SCREEN IS NOW BLINKING BRIGHT GREEN AND I CAN'T GET IT TO STOP. NOW MY PHONE IS COMPLETELY UNUSEABLE. I WILL BE CONTACTING TO GET A REFUND BECAUSE NOW I CANT EVEN TRADE MY PHONE IN FOR A NEW ONE!!!!!!!!!! STAY. AWAY.

Sometimes when you buy stuff from Amazon you get exactly what you ordered which is Chinese crap…read morefrom Amazon. Wife and I have been working on our kitchen and it's been sometimes less than a fun task. We were in need of a simple pendant light and led low voltage under cabinet lighting. Home Depot and Lowe's certainly had a selection but not exactly where we were looking for. My wife found the exact pendant light that she wanted and although they could order you a new one they would sell you the one right off the floor for 35% off! Of course there was nothing wrong with it and we were elated to get this really cool light. Next we had to get some help with the low voltage LED lighting This is kind of a task specific lighting and it's not very easy to order or plan but fortunately our sales woman was ready and up to the task. Once we provided her with measurements we were able to see the styles of lighting that she had to offer and even offered to have the company design the wiring schematics for the lights which was fantastic. I wasn't exactly sure how long a run I could have or how many of these LED lights I can stack on a controller. Is it more expensive than home depot? Not by much. But what you get is somebody that knows their crap and knows how to help you. Step in Mars give it a shot see if they can help you. They were great to us.

Instead they looked it up the original purchase and specs, got with the vendor, determined the right parts, got us the right directions. Now we have a fan operating like new for a fraction of the cost of an uninstall, buy new, and reinstall. The 90s choice of MARS saved us money in '24 also.
