Replaced new printer which computer would not recognize. Replaced printer with different brand and computer wouldn't recognize. Called printer support line and watched them online find the computer issue in systems dropdown box in less than a half hour. Printer connection was disabled. Once they enabled the issue computer immediately connected. Employee who had my computer for a couple days didn't even own that he made a mistake but tried making excuses. When I paid my bill he had an invoice that I never saw but did get a verification of pymt. When asking to see invoice he couldn't find it making excuses. After asking him to print a new receipt which stated $149 for diagnostic check confirmed I will no longer use them
