Person who came out to install did a lousy job and the system never worked. We came up to WV to open up house for install and after install when it didn't "arm" were told no one could come back out for at least a week. This was on Saturday and we had to be at work Monday morning so we couldn't wait around for them. Not sure when they came back out but it still didn't work after they came back out. They left kitchen window open, lights on all over the house/garage and they turned the heat up all the way to high. Heat was then running off propane and they wasted 30 to 40% of what was in the tank: hundreds of dollars wasted. Much later brother in law came out and saw how installers had left house and called us. Security system never worked even after their second trip out to house. We kept calling them because system was not working and they wouldn't fix it. They did call us twice after December and expected us to pay for something that didn't work. Also now expected $7.00 more a month then what we'd signed up for. Eventually we were called by a collection agency who lied to us repeatedly. We offered to pay for just the equipment and were told no we had to pay full amount. A second collection agency entered the debt on Transunion credit rating showing an additional $500.00 charge for this inept system. These people don't care about customer service and are only interested in getting money from you!!
