I called them and told them that I'd like to leave it active for the new home owner because I had a walk through after closing with him, I wanted to show it off to him and let him know everything he'd get to take advantage of if he kept paying the service. They said this was great and gave me one month free to do this. The new homeowner signed up for Vivint service and my account went inactive. Three months later they start calling me constantly telling me that I owe them $150 for 3 months of service, while my account was inactive the entire time! And the new homeowner had already been paying for the panel all this time! They said there was nothing they could do because he didn't register the panel as a 'takeover' he registered it as new service. You explain this to them and all they do is read a script. Really unethical and immoral -- despite having loved Vivint so much I would never recommend this service to anyone. Wish I could do 0 stars.

Your refusal to pay the invoice in full is unacceptable. Let me be very clear: the amount due is $1873.68. This is the agreed-upon price for services rendered, as outlined in our contract. Your counteroffer of $1185.14 is completely ridiculous and does not reflect the value of the protection services we provided. I have no choice but to inform you that if the full payment is not received immediately, I will be forced to pursue legal action. I have already consulted with my attorney, and we are prepared to take all necessary steps to recover the outstanding balance, including filing a lawsuit.
