I called them and told them that I'd like to leave it active for the new home owner because I had a walk through after closing with him, I wanted to show it off to him and let him know everything he'd get to take advantage of if he kept paying the service. They said this was great and gave me one month free to do this. The new homeowner signed up for Vivint service and my account went inactive. Three months later they start calling me constantly telling me that I owe them $150 for 3 months of service, while my account was inactive the entire time! And the new homeowner had already been paying for the panel all this time! They said there was nothing they could do because he didn't register the panel as a 'takeover' he registered it as new service. You explain this to them and all they do is read a script. Really unethical and immoral -- despite having loved Vivint so much I would never recommend this service to anyone. Wish I could do 0 stars.

Looking at the unit, he let me know that the extinguisher I had was on recall, and sold me a new extinguisher at a real good price. He also was knowledgeable and let me know if I have the correct equipment for my mother's house, and I did, didn't recommend to get a larger one. Polite and honest and enjoyed talking with him.
