This company does not care enough about their customers to ensure their packaging is correct must I have made at least three phone calls trying to resolve this issue just to have them incorrectly send me the wrong parts. All i needed were 2 pull chain extensions for my fan and they sent me this whole piece again with the missing chains. Value and frustration not worth the price of the fan.
