3/22/2022 Recently, my detached garage lost power: garage…read moreopener did not work, and all lights were off. Power is supplied from the main breaker inside the house. No other electrical panel inside the garage. I checked the breakers inside the house and one of them was tripped which supplies power to the garage. I resettled it but still no power. So, I called Assurance Factor Electric and spoked to Bill Houser. He said that he is available the same day and gave me a time frame when he can come. He came on time and it was excellent service from the initial phone call to book an appointment to the end of service. After he checked everything he identified the problem: it was the existing outdoor underground electrical wire from the house to the garage that laid now under the concrete patio. Bill said it will be needed to install a new underground wire, gave us a layout of a new trench, and told us up front of the cost. He was professional and polite, explained the job requirements succinctly, and had good customer service skills. We set the day when he will start the job. To dig a ditch he brought a trenching machine. With his helper Cornell they dug a ditch and installed a new wire that tied an electrical breaker box inside the house with an outlet box inside the garage. The job was done very professional, efficient, friendly, and thorough. Would highly recommend Assurance Factor Electric! Mark F.
