As mentioned these are secured at the factory and I'm not sure how much of an adjustment can be made. I could have someone available this Thursday afternoon. Let me know if you wish to proceed." The sconce in the photos was installed improperly. It should have been repaired without hesitation without charge by the store. You can see from the photos the Cleveland Lighting rep's statement, "fixed at the factory," is an inaccurate cop out sent by someone who just did not give a crap. Asking for a service fee was inappropriate and indicative of the kind of people who run Cleveland Lighting. Find a different lighting store.
