The third was delivered to their supplier, Kichler, on May 27th--confirmed by USPS tracking. All returns were made within the 30-day window, in original condition and packaging, and we used the return label provided by Village Lighting. Now they're refusing to issue a full refund. Their reason? They "never received" the third light--even though their own return label directed it to Kichler and the postal service has confirmed delivery. This is deeply dishonest. They created the return label. They accepted the risk. And now they're trying to keep our money. To make matters worse, they've since removed their return policy from their website--but Google's AI Overview still lists it clearly: full refund within 30 days if the item is in original condition. We followed the rules. We followed their instructions. And now we're being penalized for their error. If this isn't resolved immediately, we'll escalate: bank dispute, USPS fraud report, and legal action. Village Lighting: Do the right thing. When I arrived I was told that it was a special order and I now had to receive an in-store credit. How is it my fault that 7 to 10 days turned into 48? The owner didn't even have the decency to come and tell me. He made his poor customer service lady tell me I could not get my money back.
