Repairs had to be made by an authorized dealer, which in this case was Northfield Power. After having the mower for 10 days, we were advised it was assembled incorrectly, but had been repaired and was ready to go. "Beth" advised us that manufacturer defects in assembly were not covered under the factory warranty, and that we had to pay for the repairs. There was absolutely no effort made to assist us with the warranty coverage, and were chastised for purchasing something from a box store and not them, even though the mowers they sell come in the same boxes. No level of customer service or concern, very sad.

Easily the nicest store and super spotless, it is effortless to drop off and they always get my items super clean and quickly back to me. Who wants to wait for dry cleaning? Nobody, ever. The year before my Xmas card containing cash (i know, not smart) but I trusted the postal service. It was delivered 6 weeks later within Ohio. I sometimes receive mail ripped open with markings that look like tire treads. My incoming deliveries will track as accepted at the Macedonia USPS location, only to show that rather than deliver to my home, the package is shipped back to another state before circling around and rerouting back to Macedonia postal office. That has happened several times. Wonder if they will ever get back on track again. So aggravating!
