So she called her manager to ask if they had the monitor in stock and the manager climbed a ladder to the top shelf across the store and found the monitor. I was happy that they had one in stock. I understand that working with the public can be frustrating, but there is no reason for a customer to be treated this way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this location for TSA PreCheck and would not recommend it to others.
