Amazon offered several close by ups drop of stores. However this one specifically was listed as no label or box needed and no charges. Attempted to return item in its closed and intact original packageing. And was told I had to purchase a bag for it because the box wasn't sufficient. Smug employee then attempted to argue with me wanting to see my phone and pointing to a line mentioning packaging....like the closed box my item was in Reported them to Amazon and had a full refund by the time I got home.
