The last 2 times I've used them, both my packages arrived damaged. I haven't had a damaged product shipping with USPS or UPS in well, EVER. I package my items to be able to survive a nuclear explosion so the fact they ended up damage is frankly baffling to me. I simply cannot understand how they managed it. Each person I spoke with was consistently friendly and helpful and made the experience a pleasant one for me. And I felt they were honest, fair and straightforward with me about pricing. I had been anxious about the items arriving safely, but the packing they did was on par with the best I've dealt with elsewhere. Terrific job! The only area that might need a little focus or polishing, based on my personal experience, would be timeliness of responses, which were sometimes lagging a bit. It would be nice to get a quick email update every few days, even if it is just to state they are still working on it. Regardless, Store #1016 exceeded my expectations and was genuinely the best UPS store I have dealt with to date, anywhere across the country. And my wonderful experience with them means I will be doing more bidding at Gray's auctions, knowing that I have full confidence in the shipping! :-)

This location is easy to access with a parking lot right out front. I recommend bringing your project in on a flash drive in a number of formats in case you need to make changes. You can also upload your file in advance if it's really large. If you're working on behalf of an organization, be sure to bring your tax exempt paperwork or ask if they have it on file already.
