This location is easy to access with a parking lot right out front. I recommend bringing your project in on a flash drive in a number of formats in case you need to make changes. Small retail section is available with shipping-related items, presentation supplies, books, greeting cards, and calendars. There are plenty of 40% off sales for planners in case you're looking to get more organized in 2026. You can even find Wicked themed merchandise! PRICING: I sent three different packages from Ohio to New York. I spent $60 something for 3 day shipping (FedEx Express Saver). It actually seems like an okay deal considering a few of my packages were heavy, contained cans. I couldn't quite understand how my lighter package was same price as others though. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The customer service was very friendly. The store was well staffed with three employees who all seemed customer focused. I wanted to buy tape since I ran out but it was just provided to me so tha I can finish taping my packages. My transaction was fairly fast and pleasant. I'll even say that it's the best experience I've had at any FedEx, most of my experiences at other locations weren't as positive. PARKING: There is a spacious plaza parking lot.
