I only go in the post office a few times per year, as I usually use the USPS services they provide online to order stamps and print shipping labels. But every time I have ever been in this post office, the staff has been helpful and friendly. The challenges I have seen for efficiency have all been customers. I was behind a 40ish customer who didn't know which corner of the envelope gets the stamp, and watching customers get angry about customs declarations is common. Keep up the great work Chagrin Post Office!

There really should be an option for zero stars, right? From the building to the experience, what…read morethis place lacks is any sense of class. At one time, the structure was a cool, old, Chagrin Falls house; now, it is a dilapidated shanty in need of complete renovation. If you time your visit right, you can see the staff wheeling a corpse out to the garage for embalming! No kidding! If you are a smoker, you could probably bum a smoke off the guys hanging out near that garage lighting up just before your family's service starts as well. And yes, it is true, a scene from the movie Bad Grandpa was shot here as well, befitting of its classlessness. A funeral is sad enough as it is. Our experience here only made it worse :-(

When I called today to have my bike checked out I was told "sure we are not busy, bring it in, we'll look at it and if nothing is really wrong with it there won't be much of a charge, we'll get you in and out". When I brought it in 30 minutes later it was another story. The short dirty looking fellow that came out to "help" me was condescending and said to even look at it all, I'd have to leave it there and it would cost almost 100 dollars after tax. He had a seriously nasty attitude and was trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible. How busy can they be in March? Anyway, I told him that's not what I was told on the phone and he said it was. I told it that it most certainly was not and I left. Huge waste of my time and I'm glad I only brought one bike in. I have four. I planned on having some work done on a couple of them there too. I wanted to see how this went first. If you didn't buy one of their bikes, don't take it there. That's the message I got. Typical attitude for the area.

This company is very quick to take your money and deposit it. However, they will not answer phone or emails, at all. My elderly mother was stuck twice this winter, unable to go anywhere. We aren't even halfway through winter yet and I am so disappointed. They haven't come on time once. I was late to work many times. If it snows three times, they only come once. my sister and I have to shovel our long driveway ourselves to go to the doctors or store, why are we paying a service to do it ourselves? they put in sticks in the fall to determine the width and then ran over them so now they cant tell how wide is our driveway and only plows half the driveway. They haven't replaced the sticks, which is in the contract as their responsibility, and they won't answer the phone. I really hope these people are ready to retire because they are losing business year after year with no integrity at all. Please do not hire them. They do not care. I can't express to you how inconvenient they have made our lives. This is an essential service people rely on. It can be dangerous to have an unreliable service. We were stuck so many times this winter. Our next door neighbor in comparison had a service that was more reliable, will be going with them moving forward.
