I purchased the laptop from Best Buy and added insurance but my only option with them was to have Best Buy take my machine and ship it to their service center, to be returned to me in 6-8 weeks. Happy to support a local business and grateful the process was smooth. Hoping I don't need to return for anymore tech assistance but won't hesitate to do so.
