That means the computer was not sold in its original Dell configuration. The seller then erased all our data without our consent, returned the computer, and it crashed again within 10 minutes. They refused to issue a refund until Amazon got involved. There were endless messages, but no real help. Not once did they clearly answer the main question: how did they sell a Dell computer that was not in its original configuration? The worst part is that most buyers may not find this out until it is too late, because computer issues can take time to show up. By then, buyers may no longer be able to leave feedback on Amazon. Thankfully, reviews exist. Stay away.
