It sells computers , PC parts, printers, televisions, cameras, cell phones, and many other home electronics. My husband has fond memories of Micro Center from when we lived in a different state, and where we currently live in Pittsburgh, we have no Micro Center. Therefore, he drove to this store in Cleveland to shop. He purchased an Alienware gaming monitor, a monitor arm, a Seagate hard drive, a mouse, and a screwdriver set. He said that the store had a sale so the prices were reasonable. He has used these products for about two weeks now, and he feels happy with their quality.

I took it to Micro Center in Mayfield Heights hoping they could at least save the files from the hard drive. I expected that I probably wouldn't be able to save the machine. I was able to walk in and someone helped me right away. He listened to my issues and told me they could get to it the same day. Sure enough, they contacted me later in the day and said it was ready. When I picked it up, there was a backup hard drive with all of my files like I asked and the laptop was working fine as well. The results were better than I expected and the service was fast. I am satisfied with everything that they did.

Marty at PCFixMe! answered my call, offered to fix later that same day, and when I drove up to CLE, he did troubleshooting and identified issues with motherboard. He corrected it, said it was common issue, and provided tips to prevent it (properly shutting down laptop). He also showed me how to remove back of motherboard and unplug/replug in battery, and provided me with small screwdrivers so I could do it myself if needed. Which I did when similar issues came up the next week. Twice. The solution worked temporarily, but... when my screen went black the following week, I called Marty to discuss. Since I was located an hour away, he kindly offered several options, one of which included helping me purchase a new laptop if motherboard was bad- worst case scenario. When I took the laptop to him, he did trouble shooting, laptop did not reboot, motherboard was bad and we proceeded to shop online for a replacement. He recommended a replacement, and he ordered it then and there. When it arrived a few days later at his shop, he called to tell me he noticed a scuff on the cover and also found that it did not have all he had expected in hardware, and apologized for his mistake. We discussed an alternative Lenovo laptop - also less expensive - and he purchased. When it arrived several days later, I picked it up. Marty was honest with me again and told me my old laptop eventually did reboot! I said I'd keep it as a backup, but I needed a reliable alternative for my new business. And I was back up and running within 4 business days. Marty at PCFixMe! is honest, prompt, professional, courteous and exceeds expectations! What a breath of fresh air.

So I've been just window shopping for maybe a new gaming edition computer one of these days in the…read morefuture. And I've come thru a lot of different sites, Cyberpower, ibypower, Xidax, Origin etc. Now if you have $7000 to drop in a PC all the power to you. Most of us don't. So I started to look at reviews, and came upon a lot of bad reviews of this place and it saddens me a bit. So let me tell you a story. As I type this out on Yelp using the keyboard/Monitor and or the CPU hooked up in uniformity.... In Feb 2012 I came into some cash flow, tax returns every one knows it to be. Had some money to spare so I decided to custom build a computer. Specially after my $1100 Toshiba Quismo laptop blew up 1 year and 2 months after the warranty expired. I said to myself, it's gonna be a PC and it's going to have a heck of a lot of fans to keep everything cool and operational. So I shopped around online and happened upon this site. And I got a computer built to my specs, and it didn't cost me $7000. And this lady named Elena called me back in 2 days and we talked and she suggested a few changes to my build, and I said OK after it was thoroughly explained why those changes were necessary. And guess what folks the whole PC cost me back those days? $995.99 Yup. That's it. And shipping was free for I chose standard shipping. And then 7 days later my brand new PC showed up at the door and I eagerly hooked her up, and she was the fastest computer in our household. And I ran my FSX with full graphics cranked up. And all was fine!!! That was in the month of February 2012. I give y'all this date for a reason. Trust me!! The PC custom built by ComputerLX.com of Cleveland OH came with a 3 year warranty and lifetime FREE service and support should I ever need it. Way better warranty than Bestbuy gives out or HP or Dell or whoever. The case was a Thermaltake V4 Black edition. She sported 2 chassis fans, 1 exhaust fan, 1 CPU fan, and 1 Power supply fan. So yeah she stayed cool after whatever I threw at her. That was Feb 2012. Today...all these years later....today's date 8/9/2018 I write this review of All PC Zone aka Computer LX. And the computer that I proudly use till this day is that old Thermaltake V4 Black Edition the only upgrades I did was get rid of the Nvdia GTX560TI card and go up to an Asus Rog Strix GTX 1060TI 8 gig card with dual fans last year and I upgraded the memory from 8gb to 16. And my "baby" still ROCKS!!! Thank you to the people of All PC Zone. You have a customer and a fan for life!!

All also purchased a computer from All PC Zone / ComputerLX and it's been a very sad experience…read more How can people like this exist. It's one big scam. Let me tell you two shady things that they do. I. Many of the parts they sell you are old and discontinued but you pay for parts as if it's new. That is how they make a huge margin because you're paying today's prices for stuff that isn't even sold anymore. Don't believe me, just check out their website and try to find MANY of the stuff they sell. You won't be able to find the components as they have been already discontinued!!! II. They frequently mislabel their products in order to scam you. If it's a question of whether the title is selling the higher tier item or a lower tier one, they will always send you the lower tiered one. How convenient, no? In other words, mistakes coincidentally always happen to end up in their favor. What's the big deal? Well, what if I tell you that you ordered and paid for the Nvidia 1080 ti, the top of the line graphics card. But they don't actually sell any Nvidia 1080 ti but only Nvidia 1080? That's a $300 difference!! They will tell you that you should have known you would get an Nvidia 1080 because the title also says there is 8gb ram (and 1080 ti graphics cards have 12 gb). "You should have known." Hmmm.....well then why is the price of your Nvidia 1080 so close in price to the 1080 ti? Silence...and then comes the yelling. . Do you see what I mean? You'll see all this mislabeled stuff that always end up in their favor. You pay for higher tier items but get the lower tier items. Shame on you ComputerLX. I did a quick analysis of how much more you pay for ComputerLX to build the computer for you, rather than building it yourself. If it happened to be a $3800 computer you ordered, you could have built it yourself for about $3k. So that's a 25% markup for an expensive computer. I bet you the margins are much higher with cheaper computers. I can't understand how people like ComputerLX can live with themselves. You will be reported to the the District Attorney as well as MY state's Consumer Affairs. (The law of the buyer's state applies.) And don't believe that if you complain, your warranty disappears. That's BS. In many states, ComputerLX will be penalized for even saying that. Additionally, in all states, you cannot waive the implied warranty on all products that they will as they are intended to do, even if you make a complaint. SHAME ON ALL PC ZONE / COMPUTERLX.
