Then for a couple months, I was getting 2 bills, one for the service I was getting before the switch, and one for the new u-verse. So I was being billed for the same services twice (internet and home phone) at 2 different prices. I took the matter to a supervisor and they fixed the problem immediately, the double bills stopped immediately, and they even refunded some of my money for the trouble. And even though the new u-verse cost more, they gave me a discount for the first year. Their excellent customer service made all the difference.

Their price is too high to begin with. Then it seems every time I get my bill the price has gone up. And without any warning. It's crazy! I have switched things around now. I still get my Internet service and landline from Spectrum. And the price is reasonable. The speed and reliability is excellent. But I dropped their cable service and went with an independent streaming service. I get all the channels I had plus some additional ones and I save A LOT of money. You need to do some research of your own. Spectrum can be good and bad. It's up to you.
