    Once I got an agent it was wonderful...getting one was the problem . Did not get a call back. Had to call again and stay on hold

The people I worked with here are either liars or incompetent. Either way, not a place you want to visit. In the midst of that, the act manager Tarek Rida overheard we owned a business and told us about Verizon business and how it would "save us money" switching to a business account. Tarek added 2 extra lines to our account without our knowledge that we have been paying for months. After talking with customer service, (which I have all phone calls recorded) they stated this is fraud and he's been doing this. They said they could refund us credits from the amount we have been paying over the months but first had to go back to the store to have Tarek remove the lines and note in the account we may be refunded. This is because our account had been switched to a business account by him and only he could access to change things that customer service could not do. Went up to the store multiple times he wasn't there. Finally yesterday my husband went up again and Tarek was there. He said "he couldn't remove the lines" ?!! I went up today to have our account switched back to a regular account rather than business because it's been nothing but issues. Tarek got very hostile with me, said "I'm not doing that and I'm not helping you" and got up and walked away. He created fraud activity and refused to fix it. The police were called the the store today and a report against him has been made along with the fraud department with Verizon against him. Also have contacted my attorney and will be taking this matter against him farther. For any future Verizon customers avoid this location but especially Tarek Rida at all costs!! Also check your bills, do not fall for any scams in store when they tell you they can save you money, and never just hand over your devices to them. He added lines and an app on my children's iPads without us knowing and they've been receiving spam texts and calls and inappropriate messages ever since. We still are having trouble getting these lines removed and switching back to a regular consumer account from business.

The INSTALL was scheduled for today November 8 between 9am- 11am I got a dozen texts CONFIRMING my INSTALL- even got one that said the INSTALL could take up to 4 hours. Today the tech and a sales guys show up - not here even 30 minutes to tell me they can't do anything until the ground cable contractor runs the line under the street and to the house. My issue with this is- This should have been done before my scheduled INSTALL appointment. Now I took the day off work for this INSTALL. To be told the ground contractor is scheduled for November 11 and then once he is done the tech will contact us to schedule theINSTALL. They just ran the new fiber in the neighborhood so shouldn't you (AT&T) all know what needs to be done to complete an INSTALL? Now I get to waste more time off work to get this done. Again I scheduled an INSTALL for TODAY not November 11 or after. What a crappy way to run your business - I have spent over 5 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. Originally, speaking to an off shore CSR and they were rude and bait and switched the sales call to today I was hung up on by Ms. Johnson(a supervisor in the Loyalty Department) plus called the wrong name the whole conversation. Correcting her didn't help matters. I am Mrs Stobbs not Mrs Barnes. End result I am not happy with how I am being treated when this INSTALL was scheduled for TODAY November 8 - 9am-11am. It is currently 12:12pm and I am no closer to having an INSTALL done today. Think twice before signing up with AT&T. So far I am not happy with their customer service at all. AT&T does not care about their customers. We are just dollar signs to them. AT&T management - I would love to discuss this further with you.
