Everyday my internet goes out. EVERY DAY! I called for a service tech to come and he never came , never called. I call to complain and talk to some one who barley speaks the language and finally get another service call for the next day. Again, no show no call . The absolute worst Internet provider I have ever had going back to dial up over an acoustic modem! Totally unreliable I am continuously accessing their website using my cellular network to reset the connection. I frequently lose connection and their customer support does absolutely nothing to assist. I travel a lot and as soon as I can find some time to stay home, I'll replace them with a new provider. Awful service. It goes out at least monthly. Your bill will double at a moment's notice because they get you to commit to e-billing and autopay for discounts and you forget to check the email. Customer service takes at least 30 minutes to route you finally to the right queue, where you will wait an hour. I am switching service and will not return. read more

Internet went out Sunday evening. Called to report outage but could not speak to anyone until Monday morning. Tech said I need a new modem... it will arrive the next day. Next day (Tuesday) no modem, called again... they said it will GO OUT today (Tuesday). Wednesday received email saying my modem was shipping... shipped late Wednesday night. Arrived at local UPS center Thursday morning.... held at center. Modem delivered Friday afternoon. Installed modem - problem still the same! Called Tech Support... said I DIDN'T NEED A MODEM - WHY WOULD THEY SEND YOU A MODEM..... you need a technician to come to the home.... ON MONDAY!!! Told it would be between 8-10 am. Noon Monday no technician. Received call at 1:00 pm saying they were "on their way"... almost 4PM NO TECHNICIAN, NO INTERNET FOR OVER OVER OVER A WEEK.... OVER A WEEK!!!!!!! All the tech people have done outstanding work during the many months we have been having problems with our internet service. However, communication with the company has left a lot of to be desired. On many occasions when I called the company and entered my code , the phone goes dead and I am not connected. VERY FRUSTRATING!! Also, the recorded voice says to go online first. DUH!! I have no internet service. Please improve your phone services. I appreciate the reminder call the day before service person is to come out. However, on the day of the service I received a call at 7:40 am that the technician was "on his way and will be there shortly ". Then at 7:50 am I received another call reminding me I have an appointment "between 8:30 and 10:30". The tech arrived at 8:30 am. For over two weeks I have been calling Breezeline because some wires are hanging from my home. I do not have an account, which made it very difficult to communicate with them.  I own a property and a former tenant had WOW. Someone from Breezeline did come out but they only removed a wire that was over the garage. Please see the picture of the wire hanging off of my home. I am asking that they remove ALL wires left. Breezeline stated that they removed everything Thursday and everything left is Spectrum but they did not remove anything - look at these fresh pictures, this box states WOW so the wires coming from the box belong to  WOW/Breezeline. This has been the worst experience yet with a cable company. Do not go with them is you have a choice. read more

Customer service is HORRENDOUS! My bill increased and when I called to ask why, was put on hold for 30 minutes only to be hung up on. I called back to ask the same question and was put on hold again. After 15 minutes I finally hung up. Shortly after, my internet started going out for 10-20 minutes every day at the same time, and it was happening to everyone in our neighborhood with Breezeline. I managed to get someone on the phone who basically said it wasn't their fault. That was the final straw. I cancelled my plan immediately and drove myself to the TMobile store to get their internet. Have had it for a couple months now and it's been a breath of fresh air in contrast to the festering stench that is Breezeline. read more

Never even had service installed. The technician came out on time for the install (I left work an hour early to be home) and almost immediately claimed "I don't have enough wire". Never even brought out a tape measure or anything. He supposedly went back to the warehouse to get more wire and came back without it as it was "closed" and the warehouse people had left for the day. He had dispatch call and set up another appointment and that they would do their best to get me installed the following day. Ok, great, no big deal. Next day comes and I call at 2:35pm to verify that a technician would be out between 4:30 and 6:30 that day. The operator assured me that I was on the schedule and would have service installed that day, so I again left work an hour early. Fast forward to 5:52pm and I still had not gotten a notice that the technician was on their way so I called back and was again assured that they were still coming (they could not give me the name of the technician assigned to come out, red flag). Fast forward to 7:06, still no notification that someone was on their way so I called back and was AGAIN assured that there was someone coming to install service. At this point I knew there was not someone coming and told the operator to just completely cancel the install and I would not be going with Breezeline for service. In total, I spent 47 minutes on the phone with operators and left work a total of 2 hours early, which cost me 2 hours of overtime pay. If this is how customers are treated even before the install, I'd hate to see how they're treated after service is connected. read more

I have had so many issues with this company since they bought out WOW. They are the single worst company that I've dealt with. From the tech that came to install new equipment after they bought out WOW, who sat in my living room with another customer on speaker phone telling them he was on his way (he wasn't, he was in the middle of installing things in my home and didn't leave for another 30 minutes despite the woman telling him she needed to leave work to be home for his service call) as well as him negotiating with his office to try and have the service call changed to a different coding so he would be paid more (yes, he told me this was what he was doing). Another time this same tech was sent out and sat in my mother's wheelchair once again while on service calls with the office on speaker phone. None of these calls had anything to do with the job he was doing in my house. I have had multiple issues trying to get through to someone on the phone that will help. All the tier 1 customer support is outsourced and the language barrier is an issue in getting help. I finally tried using their online chat function to avoid the frustration of calling, only to find that the help from the chat function is even worse. Both customer support reps on the chat function argued with me that there were no problems and Breezeline was not responsible. The most recent interaction involved reaching out because the modem will go out multiple times a day. I initiated the chat the last time the modem went out only for it to reconnect before I finished typing out the required information for the person to even talk with me. They then proceeded to tell me the problem wasn't on them and they don't cover 3rd party equipment. I told them I don't have 3rd party equipment, my modem and stream box were both provided by Breezeline. They said "yes, and they are working." I told them they're working now but the internet connection is not consistent, it is intermittent. They proceeded to argue with me and tell me that essentially I was lying or making up the issue because they showed the connection had been on since the modem was reset 19 hours ago. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They do not provide customer service in the least. read more

I decided to switch from my previous internet provider and cell carrier, to take advantage of a promotion they were offering, for 1Gb internet for $49.99 locked for 2 years, free mobile for a year, and a $350 visa gift card. The deal expired on 12/15/2024. I signed up on 12/01/2024. It took until roughly 12/16/2024 to get my former mobile number ported over. I took 2 days of 4 hour calls/chats, with both parties to get the number ported. Then, I noticed I was charged for the mobile line. I contacted support about it. They indicated you had to pay the 1st month of service, then I'd get the 1 year free. I then got charged again. After going through several support folks in chat, and then being told I had to call the support line, and being on hold for 20 minutes, that my service wasn't supported as one for the free line. I told them that it was there support that set up the line. The support person was a manager, and was nice, and indicated she would do some digging to find out what happened, and she'd call me the next day. She kept her promise, but, indicated that, because my number was ported after the 15th (the expiration day of the promotion), that I wasn't able to get the free mobile line for a year, and that I also wouldn't be getting the $350 gift card. (Even though I signed up for all of this on 12/01) She indicated there was nothing she could do, so, even though I did everything I could, I still got screwed out of the deal that caused me to consider switching in the first place. Management and systems seem very chaotic, and no one knows what's going on. Their "hands are tied" and instead, just screw their customers over. read more

They suck. Everything about them sucks. Don't use them. WOW was pretty good. This pace is BS. They raised my rates immediately. Customer service was a nightmare, which we all know is standard for cable companies. I switched to Spectrum. The wifi rates were about the same, but Spectrum wanted to charge me more than $25/ month for wifi extenders which I need because my house has a lot of walls. Wow and Breezeline did not charge me for extenders. I bought one on Amazon for $35and it works perfectly. So while I'm here, don't get scammed by Spectrum for wifi extenders. Lastly, if you're low income, you should be able to get a substantial discount on your wifi regardless of your provider. read more

WOW! was a decent service and had adequate customer support. But Breezeline bought them out, and, without asking permission or notification, they just changed all our email addresses!!! I had no idea it had happened, so I went over a month without any of my monthly billing emails!!! When I finally figured it out, I had multiple overdue bills and late charges!!! When I tried to contact their customer support, they put me on hold for hours!!! When I tried to cancel service, they said I had to call a special number, which it turned out was never answered!!! I finally had to request cancellation of service through USPS mail!!! That finally did it, and I will never have anything to do with their toxic company!!! Neither should you!!!! read more
