So far so good. They advertise cheaper than AT&T, but $20 more. But after two months, personal service and never have to call Artificial Intelligence or wait for service. But, one downside is they have more people standing in line waiting than other carriers. But they do take care of you. read more

It was a Friday morning - 10 minutes after the store opened - and there were already two people ahead of me. I was greeted promptly and courteously by Matt, the store manager. Needless to say, I had to wait a bit, and Matt was apologetic. Eric is the associate who ultimately helped me. He did a nice job with replacing a cracked screen protector on my iPhone 14 Plus. We had the best experience at this location when we changed our cell phone provider and plan to T-Mobile. Julio took care of everything with no problems at all! He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. We came in knowing what we were interested in, and there was no high pressure to push us into something more expensive. First of all, TMobile is a vile company in every way! They outsource all their phone centers so you can't understand anyone you talk to. I was trying to help my son with an outrageous bill that he admittedly racked up, but with some ridiculous late fees. First of all, if you don't remember your pin, your screwed! They refuse to try any other method to get into your account. Went to this store for help. They pulled up the bill, but there was no detailed itemization that they could pull up. So you're just supposed to believe these scumbags at their word? Some overweight old guy is the manager and he starts arguing with me. Then, he tells me and my son he's doing nothing for us and to get out. I told him off and left for another store that was at least was able to get my son to talk to an agent.
