I went in to upgrade my iPhone. The employees were really nice and very helpful. I didn't catch the girls name that was helping me but she was very patient and helped me transfer my stuff from my old phone to my new phone. It took forever (lots of crap on my old phone) I left and went to the store really quick and came back and just hung out with the employees until my phone decided it was done haha then she helped me to set my new phone up and made sure it was working before I left. The store gets a lot of people but they were pretty much in and out quickly. read more

service was fine until I found out that I was switched to a different plan that double my monthly service from $160 a month to $320! wasn't explained to me or even mentioned in store at time of phone upgrades. I definitely do not recommend this store at all, and honestly I don't even recommend Tmobile period. read more

I received GREAT pre-sales support from Mia, and GREAT sales support from Dave, on my purchase of an iPhone 14 Plus. Mia was also FANTASTIC with after-sales support and with after-sales service. The icing on the cake was Daniel, an OUTSTANDING manager at the store. All three of these folks are AMAZING ambassadors for T-Mobile, and I am a very satisfied customer as a result! read more

I have been a Sprint customer since 2005. Switched (had no choice) to Tmobile last yearor the year before ( 2020 2021 same thing.) Got a new phone and in store last year and rolled over my senior discount for 55 an older. Had to have my id photograhped which I did not like. This past week I have gotten various text messages that I could lose my discount unless I vervify again that I am indeed still over 55. I was told I could send info via a link or go to the store and have my id verified in store. I chose to go to the store. The young man behind the desk asked me all the same questions saw my id - Ah yes the lady has not gotten younger since last year. He called into the powers that be and I was then sent an email agian with the same link asking me to give information they already know. I lost patinece and told the young man - forget it keep your discount. Then HE accused me of flipping out. I am now on the phone yet again being told that an emailhad been sent. But, I need to wait 3 days and see if they understood my birthdate is still 1959. This is the world we live in. read more

I was with at&t before and i was paying a ridiculous price for three phones. i didn't have unlimited data, our phones were old and one of them is a flip phone and i was paying $230! I switched to t-mobile got all new phones, unlimited data and i'm only paying $179! i have amazing service and i've never had any issues. Wonderful service read more

T-Mobile rep at Parma store was abrasive and mean. Scolded me in front of my daughter and other customers demanding that I "look with my eyes and not my hands" and later told me not to lean on the display. Awful. I would leave this pathetic company if I could. You guys got me because of the phones are locked in. read more

I went in one day in a huge rush. I had the awful pleasure of dealing with Julie. I mentioned inquiring about T Mobile One, that was the worst mistake that I could have ever made. Julie was rude, obnoxious, and lied every step of the way. She said anything that she could to get me to spend more money on this program without giving me hard core facts. I came to know that she lied pretty much every step of the way later on that day when I contacted T Mobile customer service. I had to explain to Julie 4 times that at this point I needed to get to work and asked several times to just pay the bill after countless attempts of her refusal. This was a very bad experience, and therefore I will not be paying my bills at this store every again. I would recommend visiting other stores, and avoiding Julie at all costs folks. Lies, deceit, and betrayal. That's her name of the game at T Mobile. read more

Today I visited this new store inside of parmatown mall to switch carriers. The store is brand new! It's so clean and very modern looking. Everyone there is very helpful, and want to get you in and out in an efficient time! I did switch to T-Mobile from Sprint, and I'm looking forward to working with them! read more

Husband and I came here on a whim about two weeks ago after leaving Walmart cause we were sick and tired of paying the high price for Verizon Wireless. To make a long story short, we walked away with an unlimited everything plan, hotspot, our monthly Netflix bill paid for by T-mobile, a new phone, a buyout of our Verizon contract (they are sending a gift card in the mail so we should get that soon) AND we save $52.00 a month. Clearly it's a no brainer! The promotions right now are excellent and definitely sign up for bill pay (saves you $5 per month per line) and any employer discounts (T-mobile will match most any discount you are currently receiving). I really like their T-Mobile Tuesdays perks for customers - save me 15 cents off per gallon of gas at Shell station along with other free perks. I think our rep's name was Jaron or something along those lines. He spent quite a bit of time with us but was patient, friendly and clearly knew his stuff. read more
