I bought a brand new phone and picked out up there told them I needed help setting up my phone. They wanted to charge me $30.00 to set up a new phone purchased by Verizon. I've never ever had been told this and I've been a Verizon customer for twenty years. I've also had phones set up there at that location. I believe it's time to search for another phone service if this is how you treat loyal customers. I could see if they were busy but I was the only one on the store. Went to the store because me and my family have been having issues with our line. My husband called the day before to try to handle it over the phone and the associate over the phone was rude and unhelpful, stating he needed my husband to go in store to help him with account issues. News flash you only need the phone for tech support our account can be accessed by any device with wifi. So theres lesson one for the verizon professionals. So i went into the store and when i had mentioned my husband called a sales associate name Hunter immediately told me that my husband could be a little nicer on the phone and refused to help me as well. So now im going to Tmobile because I dont understand how a business expects to keep a customer they wont help. Especially for $200/month for 2 of the top service lines you can pay for. read more

Went here to see if they could test my battery which I felt was going bad. The girl first off could not unscrew the back off the phone only complaining it was put on to tight. I said chances are it was never off. I suggested going in the back and getting a screwdriver. Which she was taken aback and said she doesn't have one. I suggested trying a coin once again to no avail. SHE MADE ZERO EFFORT TO HELP! She then said we have no way to check the battery we just see if it is swollen. She then said I should go to batteries and bulbs in Parma to see if they could look at it. There should be a way to put negative stars here. Time to change phone providers and spread the word to all that use Verizon. read more

This was a tough decision on how many stars to provide. I give the customer service 3 stars once they finally get to you to assist in anything you need. However, the process and time you will spend there is 1 Star. We have been at this location 4 times in the last two years. Each time we are there 2-4 hours. We go during the week days when they are less busy, but even when there are only one or two customers before us, it is still a minimum of an hour wait. We have bought two new phones, traded in another phone and had them help us with a new glass cover on the 4 occasions. They are slow, not organized in any way, and I'm not sure why we keep going back except that we have been Verizon customers for years and this is our easiest access location. Just know going in that you will need to not be in a hurry and you will waste your entire day there. read more

Doesn't get much better than this! Ample parking, friendly associates, efficient service. What more can you ask for? My car charger stopped working so I needed a replacement ASAP. Verizon provides a 1 year warrant on all of their accessories so it's always worth checking to see if you can exchange your defective product for a new one. I was greeted immediately upon walking in the store and advised that there would be a brief wait since a few other guests were in front of me. There was plenty of seating and I ended up waiting less than 5 minutes (on a Saturday afternoon) to get serviced. The gentleman made sure to rule out any issues with my phone (that might cause the charger not to work correctly) and then promptly replaced it with a few clicks on his iPad. Simple and to the point! Definitely won't hesitate to venture back here the next time I need some assistance. read more

So I would never recommend this store to anyone. I went into the store after my phone was hacked. They said there was nothing they could do and that I had to give my personal information out for this to happen. I was hacked thru a crypto service and everything in my phone was compromised. This is horrible for someone who is experiencing identity theft that the supposed number one company that cares about their customers would not help and basically said we are stupid! read more

Went in for my "free" upgrade promised in a bunch never ceasing text messages. Not free. I wound up paying for my free new phone for the next two years. Plus pay yet another setup fee.... I Bought insurance but phone stopped working after 1 week. IT Shorted out! I took it back and after some a$$ kissing was sent a refurbished phone and had to pay another 30 dollar setup fee. Im making payments on a new phone but I am using someone's old used phone. The phone I now have still had the guys personal info on it from 2021. Ive been with this company since the bagphone. The Verizon stores used to be just that. Verizon. They do nothibg but sell products there now. Now, you may as well go to a kiosk store in the mall. There is no more verizon company store. They give you an 800 number and just wanna get you the heck out of there. I was always happy to pay more for the customer service. Once you sign.....you are on your own. terrible service. 20 year verizon customer and will leave. brand new phone, 2 weeks old, no voice mail since beginning. was told its a phone issue but they will only send me a refurbished phone. additionally i paid $30.00 for phone set-up when new, now they want $30.00 everytime i walk into store. was basically told by a representative to return the phones since we are in the 30 day window to cancel since they will not replace my non-functioning phone with a new phone. also, they will not give you a name of a manager to call to try and resolve issues. can't believe verizon has become such a terrible company. sorry i had to even give one star!!! read more

I have been a subscriber for six years but no more. No coverage in the center of town around the mall. They then boot you out of your prepaid plan and try to sucker you into something more than double what you are presently paying.. The people at the Verizon store are ignorant of their product, services and some are very rude. One rep with an attitude, even asked me why I didn't go elsewhere. Not a very proffesional individual. The store is set up like an old bakery. You register and are assigned a number in their system when you walk in, stand around a while till one of the reps is done doing some hand holding, then they help you (if you call it that). Their phones are so overpriced even for basic ones. I cannot recommend Verizon and suggest doing your own due dilligence before signing on the dotted line. read more

This location of Verizon needs to get it together. Normally upon entering a Verizon store, you are greeted, checked-in, and informed of the wait time. On a recent weekday after the holidays, this store was packed. No one greeted me at the door, and I had to go over to interrupt an associate while they were helping someone else to find out what the deal was. They were able to help me while also helping the other customer because I was only buying a new screen protector. Another customer said she had been waiting for over an hour. Tom the Solutions Specialist is probably one of the rudest people i've ever encountered at a Verizon store and i wasn't even buying a phone, my mother was. I was trying to persuade my mom to get a Iphone because her phone was already broken so why not. I had never had someone come at me so fast asking me questions that shouldn't of even mattered or any of his business. I have never felt attacked more in my life then this man coming at me for everything I said when I wasn't even talking to him at any point of the time that I was in the store.
